Room was great.waiting time for lift was just okay,not longer.no waiting for check in n check out.i luv the lighting in the room.got qiblat direction n sajdah in the room.and spacious space for pray.the view also good enough.everything function as it suppose to.

The breakfast.less choices,late topup,not delicious. I wonder how their breakfast buffet going viral with that sort of menu. The parking was very scary.no lift from parking.i need to climb the stairs while bringing luggage

The new look is stylish and elegant. Location is bonus, near to MARA hq, pertama complex, sogo etc. Taxi and lrt station is nearby. Staffs are super friendly, be it at the receptionist counter or door guard. Affordable price.

I believe this is the same issue since i've been here in the time of Quality Hotel, no lift from parking lot to lobby. please avoid if you have knee pain or older people that have problem going up and down the stairs.

I thought the hoteI changed or did something new to make it easy to go to the lobby after we parked our car at the basement.....damn it was so difficult and troublesome to go from basement carpark to the lobby....we got luggages, kids, old man/woman and we had to climb the stairs from the basement carpark to the lobby....are your brains damaged?....should have rectified it after the Quality Hotel....

We had a university reunion at the poolside bistro and stayed for 2 nights. Everything was awesome from the bellman who were helpful with bringing up items to the venue efficiently. The hi tea function at the bistro was amazing. The spread was amazing and delicious. All good feedback only. Syahmi was so so helpful and En Burhan managed his staff well. Miss Nonie who was sales rep was super efficient and easy to deal with from the beginning. The rooms were spacious and clean and bed so comfortable. Overall , our reunion was amazing , the bistro was amazing and the accommodation was amazing. The breakfast buffet was lovely too.

The lobby entrance needs more space

They should spend inhouse quota seat for quest want to come for buffet dinner. Provide extra drinking water or put dispenser outside room, and give more sachet for extra sugar/creamer eventhough already call for request.

Located strategically near MARA, SOGO, Pertama Complex, Jalan TAR, and LRT station. Basically just a walking distance to everywhere. Could see KLCC from the window (in between other buildings). Room size is spacious, clean with cute interior. Breakfast was good, but not much choice.

Elevator is not accessible from basement parking (had to use stairs), just that during booking i was give an option for signature double bed or twin bed in which later i was informed during check-in they are only giving twin bed. For a room worth 200+ a night, i expect they provide toothbrush and hairdryer was out of service too.

The fact the hotel is within city centre and easy access to other parts of KL. Staff are generally friendly and attentive. Reasonable buffet breakfast spread. I love the bathroom slippers they are comfy and not cheap looking or uncomfortable like in some other hotels. Overall good experience!

The noise from the Putra railway tracks can be annoying. Room is not sound proof so you can still hear the noise from neighbouring rooms. A little bit difficult to enter the car park but security guard was there to assist and pass through the barrier. No car park lift.

My second stay for business purpose. Request late check out at 1.00pm, with no extra charge. Tq ideas hotel!

Iron not well function. (room1010). Request to change date (from 23rd to 22nd) but no response from hotel side. Call direct hotel hotline number, they ask to request from booking.com, but there was no response till the end. So i rebook another room on this date check in 22nd..

Parking : RM4.40 per entry, must validate with enter car plate before exit, no lift to lobby but buggy available, scan or call for service, quite fast, overall good experience. Park in level 3 or level 5 only, other floor maybe clamp, parking space could be limited Room : spacious, beautiful, modern design, comfy bed, clean, toilet maybe bit small but acceptable. View road. The room was just like the photos, spacious, clean interior and overall hotel was great. Breakfast buffet have alot of variety, food was tasty and refilled pretty quickly on weekends. Wifi was strong everywhere in the hotel too. Staff were pretty helpful with the directions and recommendations as well.

The lift may took a bit of time to go up and down. Booked a double room, but given a twin instead. I actually messaged the hotel beforehand to ask for confirmation, but no replies despite messaging them twice. Only found out at the property, if I had known earlier atleast I can prepare myself for the room. Water heater turns cold halfway showering and temperature was inconsistent throughout.
