Hotel is centrally located wherever you want to visit near KLCC, KL Tower and Bukit Bintang area. There are tons of Chinese, Malay and Indian restaurants along with other KK mart and 7/11 etc. Hotel management is very cooperative especially Mr. Lee is an outstanding person in terms of communication, cooperation and always greets with a beautiful smiling face.

Well, there must be bidet in the toilet and that was the only annoying thing because only using pipe was extremely inconvenient.

Every thing was great. Staff very friendly morning shifts extra friendly and helpful. Housekeeper also very nice and friendly helpful. The room is very clean and big size..if they have a small fridge or bar fridge it's well be the best on this price

Good size room with views. The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodated all of my requests, I couldn't have asked for better, the guy was an absolute champion. Even let me check out an hour later at no extra charge and then stored my luggage for me as I had a really late flight. Now that's what hospitality is all about.

Curtains thin with no lining which allowed the light to come flooding in, prevent you from sleeping.

5 min walk from MRT Bukit Bintang exit, Alor Street and only add few more minutes to reached Bukit Bintang attraction. Room is clean n comfy. Have kettle, cups and coffee inside the room. The hotel gives towels for ammenities.

Do not provide parking area for customer. Either u park outside the hotel with the risk of getting a summon from authorities, or u just have to park at the payable parking place around few minutes walk from the hotel

Great location, the room was clean and the toilet was really clean too. Worth the money. And the owner/staff was very friendly and helpful. There was complimentary coffee, shampoo and body wash , hair dryer . Iron was provided upon request

Central location in Bukit Bintang. All the major places were either walking distance or short walk to the train/monorel station and so it. Perfect budget hotel for solo travellers and family. I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

The front office staff were excellant. So polite and friendly. Hotel is value for money. Good location. Room was very comfy. Lots of eateries around. They even had a hot/cool water dispenser and a microwave in the lobby.

Would be good to have a rug outside the bathroom as its quite slippery as you come out. Also bathroom was quite slippery and no place to hold on to which can be scary for elderly folks like me. The lock on the door also didnt work. Was anxious the whole night but reception staff informed me that noone could enter the room without a access card.

The staff are very nice and polite. I have a nice stay here. They give me room with a window. My room is big for 1 person. It's not spotless clean but clean. They provide towel, kettle, tea cups & saucer. The room is not carpet which is for me is good. Carpet rooms is not 100 percent will be clean. The toilet size is okay. Shower strong enough and have hot water. Aircon works. Bed is not so soft but its okay if you not so choosy, the bedsheets are clean. Tv works but no cable tv or not smart ready. But malaysia just recently open for 2 years, so alot of establishment are getting back on their tracks. That's why i think there's a space for improvement. And they are progressively fixing some rooms in the morning. I feel safe here. And the taxes they show appears on booking. No hidden charge like other hotel. It's worth my money. Keep up the good work.

Since the lobby doors are wide open even at night mosquitoes go up in the floors. And it enters my room. Like i said they still fixing some stuff so probably the main lobby air-conditioning not working they keep it open. A burger stand blocking the main staircase of the hotel when i arrived. Hard to bring up my luggage coz have seats, i arrived at night.
