Got there early about 2am, was supposed to check in at 2pm that day,.clerk was nice enough to check me in,, but charged me basically full price for 1 extra night. I later found out that they had early check in rates which i was not offered. Bed, pillows were comfortable. AC was good. Shower was ok with good water pressure. Room was a bit small but ok. Location was great for being right in the center of everything within walking distance. Pavillion 4 mins. walk. KLCC park and Petronas twin towers 25 mins. walk. 2 mins walk to MRT rail. Staff was kind 1 particular guy, dont know his name, helped me to change the room and took my luggage down the stairs when I left. Also the receptionist was helpful, booked a grab for me when I left.

First room I was offered had an awful smell, smelled moldy and old, could not sleep. Told the clerk, changed to a different room, which was better except for the tiolet bowl, had small flies from the 1st day to the last. Also smelled awful at times. Had to drag my luggage up the stairs to the first floor when I got there, no lift from the street level to the first floor, got help when I left.

I give this such high ratings because of the great price! It’s close to an interesting area. The room was small, but clean and adequate.

I was greeted with a lovely welcome the staff are courteous and helpful the reception area’s full of natural light, relaxed and comfortable great window front to the street below perfect location for however you chose to travel/spend your time, basically right in amongst it, fabulous choice of eateries clean hotel, lovely comfortable bed/pillow, efficient hot shower/air con the room was quiet as requested water refill/hot drinks extremely good price, although promotion so hopefully will remain reasonable new hotel so understandably a few teething problems however my requests were dealt with straight away… can’t ask for more 😘 Most importantly I felt immediately at home, safe, and rested A special thank you to you all 🙏

The location is very good, the room was very clean, the staff were helpful.

The first room we booked did not have a window so we upgraded to a room with city/street view. It was slightly bigger which was good and we like to have natural light. However the noise during the night as a result was incredible! The first room was nice and quiet but no natural light.

The hotel is fantastically located in a busy area. This results in a certain sound level at night in rooms in the first couple of floors. Still, the price is great and there was everything we needed.
