Love the swimming pool on the roof floor where you can see the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower while you are swimming. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast place is spacious, and there is a variety of choices. The location is excellent, close to LRT and monorail. The famous food street is only 2 stops away by monorail. KL Zentral stop is only 5 stops away by LRT.

The sauna was broken and didnt get fixed during my 10-day stay

Everything was amazing! The room was very clean, we stayed on the 10th floor and when we have arrived to the hotel at 9 o’clock in the morning our room was ready and the check in took less than 5 minutes, I’m very impressed with the early check in. The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre and KL tower. The roof too pool has nice views, but you can only see KL tower, but you cannot see Petronas. It is also a very close (5 minutes walk) to a local big market Lulu where you can buy fresh fruit etc. The breakfast was lovely and in the evening we also ordered dinner from the menu and it was really tasty and fair prices. The reception was very helpful and very kind. I can truly recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s great value for money!

The staff are exceptional professionals, they exceeded my expectations and made my stay much more pleasant. Congratulations to all of them. The physical structure of the hotel is also very good.

Check-in time is too late, 3pm. The wait was very long at reception.

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Concierge, front reception and roof bar attendant very friendly. Buffet breakfast was a great variety and good food. Rooftop pool is lovely with great views. Water a good temperature after a humid day travelling about.

Housekeeping got forgotten on the first day, but was rectified within half hour of us arriving back in our room although the lady that attended did not seem very happy that I had called reception to let them know. Bath towels were not that soft or large and only 1 provided per person. I did ask first two more but they got taken out of the room again so I ended up going to the top floor and getting pool towels instead and taking them to the room each day. It seemed easier to do this than ask everyday and wait. Given only 1 coffee sachet in room.

Clean, new, fresh hotel almost in the center of KL with a great view. Breakfast was very good, you can find whatever you like - European / Chineese / SE Asian but maybe variety of season fruit might be better Bed and matress 5+, Slept like a baby. Bathroom, facilities, amenities, wifi - the same and perfect! Interior - 5 Location is very convenient for a walk, KL transport like metro/monorail/bus, the only thing that the road to the hotel is a one way and sometimes you will take a loop. If you can drive an e-scooter, try one in KL, It's really convenient and fun! Just mind the left traffic. At the evening it will be faster than Grab most of the time. There always will be one or two scooters around the hotel, I left myself 2 at least ))

Sometimes the staff was not very communicative and not willing to help. If you want something like laundry - coffee - cocktail - they will not charge your room at the checkout. You'll need to have a card or cash with you and pay right now. One day a maintenance guy knocked at my room at like 11 am while I was sleeping, then got into the room. Barely awake I asked him to go away in trousers. I didn't hang "clear the room" outside or anything though. It's worth adding some rules for this. Pool area needs some more sunloungers and recreation stuff. Most of the area is wasted What I heard from my friendes and other tourists - currently overpriced

The room was spacious for three people and the shower was amazing. It’s rare to find a big shower cubicle with good amenities. The beds were extremely comfy and the bedside light was genius and saved space.

The staff at the reception and the Indian lady with the beautiful Malaysian dress were lovely. I think the chefs need a pay rise I guess. They all looked demure and it felt like they were bored to tears with the routine tasks of cooking and serving. Overall the ladies were super pleasant!

It was in an area with a lot of religious people, so restaurants nearby closed at 8pm and some did not serve alcohol. Also, our room must have had some mold. It was quite smelly and did not vent well. We had to leave the door open.

Great hotel, good breakfast, beautiful rooftop swimming pool with an amazing view where we could see the NYE fireworks from, comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff.

There could have been more lounge chairs in the swimming pool, as they would fill up really quickly. A couple of times our dirty towels were taken but not replaced with new ones, leaving us with no towels in the room. They were replaced upon asking afterwards though.

Concept: Retro with elegant touch yet colorful. Hotel room: Comfortable Mattress, Very Cozy, Clean, Smells Good. Aircond is so cold but we love it. Nice clean toilet too. I give it 10/10 Amenities: Slippers, Toothbrush set, cotton bud, soap, hair dryer, head n body shower, clean towels. Entertainment: TV with Android TV so can YouTube. Some channels need to pay. But YouTube is good enough for kids n us. Glad I booked 2 rooms so we don't need to fight for TV ... As it's raining from 3pm till the day, all u want is just enjoy the breezy night in this nice room. Fitness : Rooftop- nice pool next to gym room. Sky lounge that oversee the KL tower at night. Beautiful. Comes with clean n functional Steam sauna. Guess soon they'll increase the price. (10/10) Location: Basically we need to drive out for food and shopping, there's no own car park, only valet parking (RM20 for multiple entry). Where your car will park behind the hotel building. Which is not convenient which is the down side staying here. Unless you just wish to stay a night n rest. Enjoy the facilities. Breakfast buffet: Normal spread. Cereals (2choices), fresh juices (orange/guava), coffee tea, sausages (so so), cold cut (not bad), nasi lemak, Mee mamak, baked beans, egg station, waffles (so so), fried rice, rendang ayam, salad bar, porridge, muesli... I think it's just nice, for the price paid, I think it's good enough. Dinner: If it's not raining, I strongly suggest dinner out to eat else where. I had the kway teow which is too salty. We ordered pasta, fried rice but we requested to omit eggs n chili but they didn't get my message n there's only a couple n us .. so that's disappointing. Though I didn't raise this as any issue as it's my Bday, I don't want to spoil any mood being moody. Check in: Upon check in, many of us need to wait for like 30mins to an hour as they told us there was a big group checking in the day before.

Actually just the location only. I think I would try Santa Grand Signature next to central market next time. I hope bedroom wise is near to what Santa Grand Signature is offering. But seems a small wading pool only in the rooftop. N no breakfast buffet either. But I think it would worth a try.
