The view at the rooftop was spectacular! My daughter woke up early then we got to see the sunrise at the rooftop but the only thing is when its dark there’s no lights. Nice swimming pool and playground. Mrt just a walking distance. It’s nearby restaurants and shops. Kids love the bedding! I thought the bedding only at two separate bedrooms but in living room also have one big bed! They love it while watching the tv

Will be nice if at least have a few lights at rooftop so we can hangout. But its too dark and seems like abandoned. The washing machine dont have dry system and no place to hang the wet clothes. The bathtub only have blinds to close but not fully close so not all people can enjoy the bathtub

Clean .. privacy… The host’s staff assisted us during our check-in due dysfunctional of access card.. the staff was friendly, helpful and charmingly good looking 😉

Great little area in the heart of KL, near enough to be convenient getting around the tourist spots, and yet still able to be unaffected by the noise of the city, great place great environment, would definitely come back again when we're in KL

Beautiful residence, facilities such as the swimming pool and gym can be used for free, the room was also very clean and comfortable

- Coffee table quite small - No basket to do laundry and to put used towels upon check-out - should provide hand wash gel at all sinks - unable to control the speed of ceiling fan - the door was not have extra lock from inside for extra security purpose - to provide kitchen roll tissue at kitchen and box tissue on every table for conveniency since we face problem of no tissue for our usage Note : We saw a cockroach on our first day while searching for cutleries

arrived a bit earlier, but security has no any our booking information in hands even we showed the print-out. we have to call host, but our phone battery lost power. take long time to get check-in

The host was very responsive, both in answering our questions and giving us items we needed. I appreciated that very much. However, even that did not make up for how bad our stay in the appartment was. The building itself was in a good shape. Elevators were very fast and we got 2 elevator and apartment access keys. Check in and check out was seamless. Wifi was fast and reliable. The water in the shower had very good pressure and was hot for first 3 minutes, and then warm. Swimming pool was awesome. Water temperature, view, and how empty it was. Long opening hours as well. 7am to 10pm. Fitness center was great. Location was quite convenient as well - about 7 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Many eateries around. I recommend Heritage Pizza and Yarl. About 3 minutes walk, very good food either of them. Amenities were great. Host was great. Unfortunately the apartment itself was in a very very very bad shape. They offer luggage storage, but we did not need it. Bed sheets and towels were clean. However, apartment was dirty in places, that were not that visible. If the host was not as responsive as he was and amenities were not as good as they were, I would rate 0 for the place, because our stay was not comfortable or enjoyable at all. I was very happy to leave the place and will never be back.

THIS APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD FIT FOR NON SMOKERS. IT IS VERY SMOKEY AND SMELLS TERRIBLE, PEOPLE PROBABLY SMOKE IN THERE ON REGULAR BASIS. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MOST PROBABLY KNOWS ABOUT IT - THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY DONT, BECAUSE WE SAW 2 OF THEIR OTHER APARTMENTS WHEN WE WANTED TO MOVE AND THE SMELL WAS THE SAME. It is just sad that they still advertise it as non smoking place and in a way deceived guests. I would NEVER book a smoking room. When we entered the apartment, we saw many cigarettes by the window. It was odd, because it is advertised as non smoking place. We assumed the smell will go away when the cigarettes will be thrown out. It did not. Later we realized that people probably smoke there on regular basis, even though they cant. We hoped the smell would go away with open windows and running fan, because we did not have that much time in KL and we did not want to move. By the second day the smell got really bad and we asked to move to another apartment. Moving/changing the room is only possible 12pm-3pm, but the host agreed to show us a different room in the evening time. Unfortunately it was not any better - the apartment had the smell of smoke as well. Moreover, the apartment was in a very sad shape. There was a lot of stains on the wall, furniture was taped up, and there was dust everywhere where you could not see. Also on our first day we asked for the dust to be removed from the AC, it was just too much. Once we lifted a bed, and we even found garbage underneath it. The bed is too firm to be comfortable, my back started to hurt when I slept on it. Baklava that we bought was destroyed by little ants that from somewhere appeared on the kitchen counter. It is not possible to use amenities after you check out, because you dont have access key anymore. They also dont have a common restroom that you could use after you check out.
