Everything! From the staff's hospitality, common space, rooms and location, which is around KL sentral vicinity. The bathrooms are very clean, as clean as luxury hotels for a capsule stay. I like the theme of it too, very spacey and innovation. The plus points are having dedicated toilet areas for male and female (from its interesting posters with catchy quotes such as "men to the left" and "women are always right"). Also, surau are available there too. As a person who've stayed a number of hostels or Guesthouses, my first stay here is truly one of a kind and memorable. The hygiene is truly beyond my expectations. This capsule should be your go to capsule adventure, even if you're local. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and very clean. Friendly staff at the front desk who are willing to help and make the stay a pleasant experience.

Nothing major to call out, but a few improvements would make it even better 1. The USB charging is very slow in the capsule. 2. It would be good if the lights turn on for a couple of mins or so when you open the capsule door with the access card, before we can figure out that the card needs to be inserted for the power to continue. Makes it easier to see things, especially when it's dark and you just come in 3. A bench near the lockers will help as you can open your luggage to pick up items. Especially useful if you have been allocated an upper capsule Despite all these suggestions, it's a fantastic place to stay

- Staff is super friendly - Beds are comfortable, liked that they provide a towel and hanger - Lights inside the pod are cool - Second floor is all bathrooms, and each bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. All super clean and awesome, I really liked this layout. - Location is super convenient, right across from KL Sentral train station

- Each pod has air that gets controlled by the central AC unit, it's extremely loud and extremely cold (although staff was mostly accommodating when I asked to change it, but I had to ask them each night which was annoying). This was super annoying during my stay - Not very social

A whole new experience in a space capsule environment which I think is cool and awesome. I enjoyed every moment of my stay (10 days to be exact) and would love to return the next time in KL.

I didn't like where :- (I) The bathrooms are too suffocating & stuffy as there wasn't any exhaust fan for air circulation; and (II) Would be nice if there is a hangar for the towel with arm reached in the shower area so that the floor wetness can be kept to a min;

Whats not to like?! The staff was super kind and helpful. The facilities were all there.. Soap, shampoo, iron & water dispenser were all available and they even provide towel. Easy payment. I was supposed to stay a night but extended because it was soo nice.. And i'm planning on staying here again in the future no kidding. For the price, it was more than worth it.

The laundry is quite expensive for me though.. Since i only want to wash a few clothes for my short stay.. But its not that big of a problem since everyhting else was exceptional.. Funny thing is i got lost because of the unique layout.. But it felt quite adventurous so i still liked it in the end.

it's very close to the train station - you can access it by heading up to the adjoining mall after getting off the train, then taking the overhead bridge one level down a towel is provided, as well as a choice of the fluffy or foam pillow. shower cubicles are spacious and come with liquid soap and shampoo a laundry room with washer/dryer (a few of them) is available as well

the doors to the rooms will slam if they close on their own, can't count the number of times this happened through the night :( the pod doors themselves are also relatively loud when opening and closing

It’s located opposite the Nu sentral which is the building linked to KL sentral, you can go anywhere from there. The staffs are friendly and helpful The idea of staying in a capsule is amazing coz it’s like you have your own room in the capsule, it’s private and convenient. The place is well maintenance and spotless

The water heater doesn’t work in the afternoon as if it’s running out of hot water. There’s no fridge in the pantry room and no tissue to clean up as well. They should combine all key cards into one The temperature in the capsule in 25 degree C minimum and I cannot adjust it

The hotel smells nice. The capsule is actually big considering I am quite big and tall person. I dont feel claustrophobic at all and it is such a nice capsule stay in KL. The aircond is such a nice breeze and not too cold. Love all the technology used in the bunk bed. Feels secure with a lot of tapping needed when you need to access the hotel and your capsule.

I never thought that the shared bathroom for men and women are at the same level. My mistake as I didnt read it properly. But during my stay, I am glad that there are not so many people so I feel okay when I need to take my shower early in the morning. There is also staff at the receptionist and she is not sleepy or really playing with her phone.

Everything is good, location wise, facilities wise and comfortable.

The only problem is just that whwenever the person on top of me move, the reading light turn on, directly towards my eyes when I was sleeping and that woke me up a few times through the night. But I'm not a light sleeper, so I can just turn it off and go back to sleep. So if you're a light sleeper, consider an upper bunk instead.

Located very close to the underground and coach station Moden design, the facility must have been refurbished very recently Cleaning standards way avove the avarage for this type of hostels Very spacious showers and toilets Pleanty of room for reading a book or eating something Laundry area (a must for someone like me travelling for long time)
