Location was good. It is around 9-10 minutes walk from the main tourist area. Good value for money. Staff behaviour is very good There is free water. Probably there is free laundry service also, which we did not use.

There is a small negative... 1. we have to pay 20 RM for my early check in at 10 am. The check in time at 3 pm is not very convenient for tourists. However since it is not very expensive hotel, we did not mind. 2. Little bit noisy, since there are 2 restaurants, almost next door (at good value) which is open whole night...which is convenient also.

my friends and I are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. the location is stategic, there are a lot of convenience store around the hotel if u want to buy something, there are also mamak stall nearby if u want to have breakfast as the hotel does not provide breakfast, the room is worth for the money you paid for

Very noisy because of Indian caffe right near hotel,that’s why it’s so loudly. If you have very sensible sleeping-this place isn’t ideal for you.

The staffs was friendly and kind. Feel secure coz we have staffs working by shifts there and cctv camera too, the foods restaurant walking distance just nearby hotel. I really enjoy the stay there with warm welcome staffs and feel like our family friend even, that is advantage for this hotel.

Exceed my expectation for a budget hotel. The bed and sheet are comfortable. Bathroom also clean. Room also clean and just big enough for 2 adults. Everything are great for a budget hotel.

Parking. Beware of the summon by MBMB.

Worth the money. If you need a place to crash and rest but not expensive, This would be the hotel. It even have free massage chair at its chill out area and have a nearby 24 hours family mart.

The massage chair is nice.... The eateries are near n there mall is near too. They are a walking distance.. morning breeze outside is wonderful

room was reach my expectation, the location near with main road, the cleanliness was reach my expectation. nice room, nice staff, nice price and easy to deal. recommended and earlier deal is good way to check in based customer's time.

Location was extremely central, 24 hour reception with only one door in and out, common area with dispenser, kettle, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer etc.

No secure parking and no designated motorbike parking and the bathroom appears to have been resealed with silicone and then black mould has grown behind it all making it look very dirty.
