The interior is beautiful, clean and cosy.

The floor makes noises when walking (in the room when we are walking and outside of the room when people are walking). The rooms are not soundproof at all. We are able to hear kids running around making alot of noises to the floor and people talking. Not too sure if the staff was doing some work in the night after 12am as we heard very loud banging for about 1 minute. The room does not provide shower cap when it is a necessity for ladies.

The property is new and very welcoming. The staff and personnel are impeccable. The room exceeded my expectations; instead of a TV, there is a projector embedded in the ceiling with drywall, and a switch reveals the screen where the smart TV is projected. Very cool. The decor is beautiful, elegant, and modern, with a wood effect that makes the environment very cozy. The room is very quiet and equipped with all the bathroom amenities, including a state-of-the-art hairdryer, comb, slippers, and a welcome toothbrush.

Perfect for family travel. It's the first time I stay in a hotel room with a slide. Kids love it. Not to mention, the game room is fantastic. Tried VR games, pretty fun.

Staff- generally friendly and helpful, prompt to assist Facilities- not much but my kids loved the VR room. if only we could have more time there. limited to only 20min slot per room/stay Location- excellent location just minutes away from Jonker St. There's also 7-11 just a few units down the stretch. and an awesome pizza place across the road. Price- very reasonable Sleep- bed was very comfy and the hotel is very new and modern yet nostalgic (IG worthy)

Lighting- could have brighter lighting in the room (or maybe because we didn't really draw the curtains or blind open) our room experience a total of 4 blackouts throughout our stay but was easily rectified.

Newly renovated, clean and cosy rooms, convenient location.

The hotel is very new and has was very well restored from a historic building. The road where the hotel is situated at is now pedestrian only, making it a more pleasant and calming environment to walk. The kids absolutely loved the family room with slides and it was the highlight of the accommodation for them. For a short 1 night stay, it was perfect for a large family to be together, modern space layout was well-optimised with just the right features.

The room air-con was under-powered, it was design-over-purpose to tuck it away above a vent, and I'm not sure if this could keep up. it took the entire evening to cool sufficiently, it was definitely not energy efficient at all.

The hotel is new and it's clean. We likes the environment and the staff service. The room is clean and the room make up service is excellent. Beside the hotel there is nyonya dress rental shop which is quite interesting experience. Do check it out.

Don't side there is no carpark outside the hotel. Have to park in a public carpark area within walking distance. If you are lucky you get the carpark. If not then will be a headache because the carpark slots is limited. No breakfast within the hotel yet they are still working on it but this is not a big issue. There are plenty nice local food nearby.

The best family oriented hotel we've ever been to. My 7 year old son really enjoyed the stay. He will not get tired of running around all day (and night), climbing, crawling through the tunnels and sliding down the slides throughout the stay. He even mention that he wants something similar in his room. He also enjoyed the big bathtub. Excellent ambience and very picturesque. There's even a small tunnel from the upper deck bed that is a bit dark but with 'stars'. Can just chill inside, enjoy the 'stars'. Staffs were excellent, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Marcus, that made our stay an enjoyable one. During check-in, he assisted us to our room and as as we walk, he explained that the hotel is new. They have plan for cafes, restaurants and breakfast in the future. It was newly opened, around a month when we arrived at the hotel. He also helped us with some of the requests we had. Location was superb, with less than 5 minutes walk to the Red Square (Dutch Square), and just across that is Jonker street. There's a money changer across the hotel and 7-11 along the way to the Red Square. Grab (food and car) is easily be available. The maintenance crew (an Indian guy and a Chinese nationality) were very professional in their work. We had problem with the water heater and also some electrical issues, the hotel and maintenance staff professionally handled it and fixed it. And thank you for the management for making up for the inconvenience we had with the heater and electrical problems. Really appreciate it. Thank you for an enjoyable stay at your hotel.

Small feedback, maybe can put table and chairs in the room. I understand the room is already occupied with slides and whatnots. I believe the management and staff can creatively come up with an idea or a solution for this. And maybe a shower curtain to provide privacy when using adults using the bathtub and also at the same time open enough to supervise the kid(s) while they playing in the bathtub.

We booked the family suite which came with two floors connected by the spiral stairs and bubble slide. It was perfect for our multi generational family needs. However as our helper was with us and the booking.com listing misrepresented the beds to be 4 single when it was 2 double, we had some difficulties with sleep arrangements. Rest collection's hotel manager was very understanding and helpful- she promptly gave our helper a smaller room at no extra charge due to the oversight. The VR games room was also a refreshing touch and we loved our time there especially when it was too warm to walk outside. Location was splendid and most sites are within walking distance.

The VR room was the main facility of the hotel and there is no housekeeping/room service at night. However given the price point these are acceptable lacks.

Centrally located and a very short walk away from all the major tourist attractions in Malacca. New property that is very neat and clean. The hotel is inside a renovated old structure which has a lot of charming details inside like wooden staircases and corridors etc. Great fusion of old school architecture with modern, yet minimal elements make for a very pleasing aesthetic of the hotel interiors. Although there is no option of dining here yet, the hotel seems to be adding more facilities as we speak.

There is no hotel specific parking as such and the street outside the hotel was closed for vehicles over the weekend. This was not much of a bother for us as we had no personal vehicle. But this could be an area of concern for people with their own transport. However, as i understand, public parking is near the hotel.
