The accomodation was nice, beautiful and clean. No weird smell or dirt. Just nice. The girl manning the reception is super helpful and friendly. There's also a good cafe downstairs to enjoy during breakfast.

There's a karaoke place nearby and if you get the room at the corner back of the building it can be quite noisy. But the noise will die down around 2 or 2.30am. The floor is a bit sensitive and expect some noises from upstairs a bit. The walls are also quite thin so expect noises from the doors. But if you're used to it and just staying for a short while, this place is a good choice.

The hotel was everything and anything I asked for and more great location near to Jonker Walk and beautiful Cafés Restaurants and great music entertainment in bar's very close all in all excellent hotel with It's and all the staff been so helpful

No problems

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Customer service is superb. Asked for 2 hours checkout extension and utilised 1 hour plus. Staff refund us an hour of the extension fee. Room and bed is very clean as well.

There is only 1 choice of soap in the bathroom. Maybe can include one for shampoo one for body wash. There is no lift so might be convenient for some people.

Quiet area, far from busy roads but close enough to shopping mall and all attractions. Plenty restaurants and cafes around to grab a breakfast or late dinner. Room was tiny but very clean and comfy. Towels not smelly and clean sheets. Great idea to have an ironing option which was very much needed to our clothes.

There were tiny ants in the room but we noticed that in almost every hotel we stayed while travelling through SEA so no big deal, we got used to it.

Overall a great place for its budget! Location is just outside center, 25 mins walking from all the sights. The room is clean, having everything necessary including kettle. Reception is great, always available.

There are quite many rules and writings in the room, a bit stressful to be warned by it

The room was very clean,the staffs were very friendly and helpful throughout our stays at the hotel. The size of the room was quite small however was very affordable and able to occupy 2 people in it. No need to worry about parking since plenty parking available in front of the hotel.

since it is a budget hotel,you have to bear with the thinness of the wall. You will be able to hear your neighbour voices, anyone door open or close and even knew when the trash truck came to collect the trash. But its okay since it just temporarily. You may also feel a little bit breathless as you need to climb the stairs to reach your room since no lift provided. But it can be some sort of exercise,so why not😁

The location is fairly close to major tourist hotspots. The property is small but cozy and comfortable, with more than satisfactorily adequate facilities. The room and general area are clean, new and well maintained. The counter staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Worth considering if on a budget for a small family on a short trip.

Well, no lifts so had to contend with the flight of stairs, which was a bit tricky when carrying up and down the bulky luggage. Fortunately, booked the room on the 1st floor so only faced with a short climb up and down.

Cleanliness and its cost for the quality.

Extra charges which were not necessary such as the early check in penalty when the room was already available anyways.

The rooms are beautiful and colourful, comfortable beds with some of the best quality bed linen and bath towels I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Situated about 1.5km from the busy part of town, which I prefer, and close to different types of restaurants.

There were only 4 local television stations.
