Location. Furnitures. Mastrr bath w rain shower head. Cleanliness. Appliances - good with washing machine and even stove!

TV channels weren't working as I expected (not as described in the PDF). It becomes rather boring watching youtube which is not that user friendly with many options. I wish I could enjoy more hanging out in front of the TV. I wish there was some spare mattress with blankets... sometimes it is not worth finding 3 rooms when 2 is enough..

The location is just nice and away from the year end /new year traffic. I love the view from the balcony. The place were clean, the person we communicated with were kind, considerate and reasonable, not to mention friendly! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

The stay was too short! Hahahaha! Seriously though, as far as I am concerned, this is value for money.

1. Stay was comfortable and quite clean. 2. Strategic location with a lot of amenities around. 3. Great view of the ocean and high floor. 4. Safety with access card and guards at point of entry and facilities.

1. Lift left 2 instead of 4 or 5 and causes waiting time and some frustrations during peak period. 2. Car going against the flow of traffic in the parking lot to take shortcut to exit which almost caused an accident when we were trying to enter the 2nd gate for Silverscape residence. 3. Bath tub not able to keep water in the tub. 4. Need to provide 2 pax IC photo for registration.

Great view of the sea and the house was clean with all the electrical appliances working fine. The TV has netflix and it's a great living room to relax.

The bathroom was a little small for an adult and the living room aircond takes some time to get cold

Strategic location for a good price. Hosts are friendly and helpful. My son loved the bathtub!

The rooms are a bit dusty. Me and husband keep sneezing.

The comforter and bedsheet with weird smell and with stain on it. Happen I have to use the one time bedsheet and quilt to cover it. Hope this can improve. The door open with rust stain, feeling like a bit dirty. Overall is still ok

The location was good, very close to Mahkota Parade and the main tourist area (Jonker Walk). The unit is fully furnished and has all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Hosts are communicative and helpful. They sent many guides and informational documents for food and attractions. It's easy to get Grab at the lobby and there is a lot of available parking.

Unit was a little musty upon entry but having the balcony door open helped a lot. Parking is paid and some machines are problematic. The mall below is quite empty but luckily there are shops within walking distance outside the complex. It can be hard to find the entrance to the lift as well.

Parking have to pay first due to not getting parking access card. But it's ok can claim later

the amenities, the cleanliness. i was looking for bathtub for my kids and they have it. and then they have balcony. the view was magnificient. we got sea view and city view ! the swimming pool also great. will come again ☺
