This was a clean, well located hotel that was one of the cheapest I have stayed in for a long long time. I found it to be exceptional value for what we paid. I was traveling with my mother and uncle and they had the same comments that I did. The beds were comfortable, the room aircon was effective and the windows did a good job of keeping the noise out. Although the appointments in the rooms were basic, they had everything that we needed. Even the wifi worked well! The service at the front desk was good too.

This was a great value hotel I had little to complain about but it had no real facilities to speak of. No pool, no restaurant or even snacks on premise. But with Jonker Walk literally 1 minute away with great/cheap food it was not a problem at all.

Firstly, we went in a group of 7 - Swiss Hotel Heritage gave us a double storey suite that could house all of us and was spacious. There were 2 bathrooms/toilets so we did not have to harass each other for the use of it! What we loved the most about the hotel was its location - in Jonker Street itself! Once we reached the hotel, we did not have to drive at all (and the hotel provided parking as well). We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we could scurry around Jonker's - we were able to go to Stolen Cup as well as Daily Fix. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Melaka.

Requested a note to wish my partner happy birthday when checking in. They prepared a very swans with towels on the bed and a sweet birthday note! That made my partner very happy. The location of the hotel is the main selling point, right beside Jonker Street. Parking provided is a plus point but it is first come first serve. If you are not planning to drive around Melaka, then this place is perfect as you can just park your car and walk around Jonker.

The parking space is super tight so your driving/parking skills need to be on point. They alley to the parking is made for 1 car to pass so can be stressful.

Everything was fine until this happened the next morning. The security guard should not be so busy body asking questions to foreigners. He made our co worker felt uncomfortable. He should just let him enter without asking irrelevant questions. I know he is doing his job BUT do not asked questions. Of course our co worker knows where we were and he came to meet us for a meeting. Please tell your security guard just let people enter without asking questions. It made the hotel looks bad. Please.. please.

The security guard on duty that day (morning shift at 8am). He was so nosy. He made our co worker (foreigner) felt uncomfortable and annoyed.

The staff there were friendly, and the environment of the hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel was able to reach the tourist attractions by just walking distance. The amount of parking space for the hotel was quite a lot compared to the area.

The entrance to the parking lot was small and easily to be missed. Once u missed it, you have to go a big round to come back for it. It also needed a well experienced driver to park at the parking lot. Some of the rooms have smell but are still acceptable.

- There is a small slope with staircase before heading to our room, which make it extremely difficult for my grandma who is on wheel chair to move to our room. - upper floor of the suite room was extremely warm, aircond not functioning well - no air ventilator in the bathroom - no sound proof, everytime flush toilet, the noise is so loud - limited and narrow car park - no toothpaste and tooth brush provided as mentioned by the staff - staff informed medan selera tengkera is on 5 mins walking distance but it's actually not walking distance.

The location is amazing and walking distance to this quaint town. What a little gem of a hotel. The staff were incredible and we had such personalized service from Ivy, the Manager (Owner?) and her team. She went out of her way to assist us in a time of need that was above and beyond and she truly cares for her guests and their experience. The hotel itself is cute and very clean. Thank you for making our trip to Melaka a wonderful one!

My only feedback to improve would be to offer different sizes of pillows. Ours happened to be a bit high and full, and a few lower ones would be ideal (especially for smaller heads -children).

I checked in late so I didn't actually notice that much of the hotel. However, the hotel distance is absolutely a plus since it's just 1 minute walk next to Jonker street. The hotel provides parking which is also a plus since it's definitely a headache getting parking in that area. Overall a nice and cozy hotel for leisure, family, and for couples.

The overall hotel and room is okay for a decent stay. However, the air-conditioning in the room is kind of old and lacking maintenance. The air-conditioning makes weird sounds the entire night and it's very annoying to sleep. I tried to call the reception but nobody picked up the call so I didn't bother to go down and ask reception for a room change.

Location is just next to Jongker Street and City Center. Easy access to everywhere I wanted to visit during my stay in Melaka. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

The only thing is the car park. A bit narrow and not many slots available for peak hours.

Strategic location. 200 meters to Jonker Walk. A lot of hipster cafes around. Friendly staff, I check-in at 8 pm due to the traffic and the staff had already opened the rooms and on the air-cond.

I was given the last room, which was not in good condition. The air-cond is right above your head, there is no fridge, and the room and the toilet are so small. There were no toiletries in the bathroom.
