We stayed here 5 years ago and were very happy to see that this guest house is still a gem! The sunsets at the pool are stunning and the pool is well maintained and clear. The people who run the guesthouse are very kind and have done a great job of maintaining and improving the grounds.

I didn't mind this at all, but for some people, the guesthouse might be a little far from things. You can always order things on grab or you can rent a motorbike. The staff at the guesthouse can get you in touch with rental companies. In fact, I like the fact that it's far from the hustle and bustle, but if you're looking for somewhere that's walking distance from restaurants, shopping and beaches, this might not be the place for you.

This budget property had everything you would need, soaps, wifi, water dispenser and washing machine. Bed was on the firmer side and towels didn’t absorb water well but for the price it was great value for money. The owner is a lovely man who acts on any queries quickly and makes sure your stay in comfortable.

Not much! I would maybe say that during storm season the wind does get very loud, and during our stay the roof was displaced and made a loud banging noise throughout one night, but the owner dealt with it the next morning and offered to move us somewhere else if its still loud. Luckily after that everything was fine :)

Absolutely love it here (so much we booked for another 4 nights stay). We love Syaa and Arif, they were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. Speedy replies on whatsapp if we ever needed anything. The pool is so warm and great location for the sunset in the evening. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and spacious room. Water filter on site along with microwave so great for nights in. Close to restaurants/shops (only a short drive), and they also help with transport. Fantastic value for money, and would 100% stay again on our next trip to Langkawi. Thankyou for great service.

Close to the airport. Great well-coming and homelike atmosphere. Great and well maintained. swimming pool. Affordable offer to rent the motorcycle or car as this is not central area!!!!

There are no “dislikes”. Just bear in mind that it is not centrally located meaning-its not walkable distance from the central beach. If you are into that. We actually were very pleased in driving motorcycle all around and feeling privileged for not being only at one place. Great experience!

Can't fault this place! Staff are exceptional, very friendly and very response to any questions! Organised us a scooter to rent and it arrived within 20 minutes! We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6, we loved every second, very clean, very mop comfortable, lovely pool to use! 10 minutes away from the airport and you can rarely hear the planes taking off (if you do it's quiet), next to a main road but again, rarely heard anything! Good location and nothing is too far away!

The staff was really kind and helpful. He gave us mosquito repellent right after asking. Room was nice a spacious. Everything was clean. He can arrange the motorbike rental for you. Our motorcycle arrived in an hour after asking. They have a small pool with nice view. Away from busy areas.

Location is a bit farther from the centre ,but it was ok for us,as we rent a motorbike. Without motorbike it can be a bit complicated.

Good value for money. Clean room, pool and communal area with free water from the cooler and microwave. You will need a scooter or grab. The owner arranged scooter hire for us and also a taxi to the airport. The pictures are generally accurate. However, the room we were in would have benefitted from a lick of paint.

There is a reasonably busy dual carriageway to the front. It is only just audible from the room but very loud from the patio. The bed was far too hard.

I don't know where to begin, but I would just like to say that the Pemandangan Indah Guesthouse far exceeded my expectations. I think a real huge advantage of staying here is being able to rent a scooter, and for a good price. This gave us the freedom to go where we wanted when we wanted. After visiting Pantai Chenang area, I was glad not to be staying there, as it was really touristy and busy. The guesthouse is situated right in the middle of the island, so it's a short drive to opposite ends of the island roughly, 30 mins to Kuah or sky bridge/mountains for hiking, 10 mins to the main beach in Pantai Chenang. Side note, 211 Pilot Coffee House is like 5 mins away, super cool place to chill and watch planes. As far as the room, it was really spacious, I was surprised by the size, and the bathroom was also fairly big. It came with a mini fridge and kettle which was a nice touch, air con and fan kept us cool overnight. TV has a ton of channels but channel 860 was the best, classic rock music station, has some really good music. The room came with a patio and it was nice to relax and also have breakfast. The breakfast was really good and affordable with some good options, just order the day before and you're good to go. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any needs we inquired, from the scooter rentals to night markets and where to go. Overall, it was just a really great place to stay on the island and I'll definitely be returning for any future visits.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were no food options onsite for lunch or dinner, only breakfast, but you can get grab delivery or head into Pantai Chenang for a meal.

We booked only 2 nights but extended for 3 more. We loved this place! Beautiful hotel with pool, on the hill, very nice view and sunset spot. Very clean. Rooms are big. Balcony. Nice resort. Free water, washing machine and microwaves. 5 mins from the airport, 20 mins from the port. You can rent a scooter here. Good Breakfast available at the hotel. The staff is lovely! Everything More than perfect.

It would be nice to have the room cleaned every 2-3 days and change of towels. This service was not offered. However, we asked and they clean on demand and we washed our towels.

We have the pool to ourselves since we booked most of the rooms. Got washing machine, water dispenser (can't remember cuckoo or coway) as well near their office where everyone can use. Can cook if you book the suite.

The lock to the suite doesn't seem secure as it only use small paddle lock. We try to setup a folding table to have breakfast near the pool. However theres insect there that stung my sister in law's husband. We thought it were bees but turns out not. Probably management should do round check on the equipments to ensure it is safe for use. Another thing is the small carpet in the bedroom. It is old and moveable when you step on it. Gonna be dangerous especially when kids play in the room. Better remove it or replace with non moveable one.
