Welcoming staff, clean comfortable room (a/c, great shower, large beds and good pillows) lovely rooftop pool which is nicer than the photos and excellent food. Highly recommend. PS.Also, a handy launderette is in the parade of shops by the hotel.

It wasn't a problem, but hotel is a little drive from Cenang Beach (6km) but a pleasant Grab ride (12-15MR)

perfect location for airport only few mins drive. Lovely pool at the roof top , friendly staff , very clean , nice towels, and comfy beds and linen. there are a few shops just outside hotel, a 7-11, guardian pharmacy and the best thing was a great italian restaurant called Gallo Nero - a must try. great food, great service and the owner Lorenzo was really friendly and warm and gave us local information . highly recommended!

Excellent hotel near Langkawi airport. I had an early morning departure hence I chose. Very hygienic, comfy bed and great bathroom. The overall experience was excellent. Good spread of breakfast. Very kind staff who are eager to help. I rented a scooter for a day. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Our staycation really goes well with the best hospitality. Spotlessly clean, modern, delicious breakfast and lovely staff. Promptly response when we need clarification. Will come again. I miss the room. Junior smith suite. Really awesome even if it's small. Next vacation, I will book for the family studio.

The room is clean and spacious. 5 minutes by car to the airport. If you rent a motorbike, it is very easy to go around the island

Beautiful room, incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Allowed me to check in early, booked me a taxi to the airport, arranged me an early breakfast due to my flight time, and helped me to move rooms when my ac wasn’t working. The pool was gorgeous. I’d had to leave my previous place for my last night in Langkawi because of a bad situation and this was just what I needed! The food from the restaurant is delicious 😌

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, making our return to the hotel a delight every time. The reception staff were accommodating, assisting us with a last-minute room type change and allowing us to deposit our luggage a few days before check-in. The location is very convenient, with a variety of food options such as KFC, Pizza Hut, and an Italian restaurant nearby. There are also laundry shops close by.

The restaurant staff were not very friendly, and we were quite disappointed with the food selection. After staying for 4 nights, we decided to find other breakfast options after eating there twice.

-Staffs are friendly and have warm and nice behaviour -Size of the room was good -room was clean -you can find everything you need in your room -the restaurant is in a good place with nice city view and it is not crowded -it is clear that the management is good and is supervises everything -the view of the pool is FANTASTIC!! -the location of the hotel is near the airport(1km) and we could have plenty of time in the last day

-the basin is our room had slow drainage and this was the only thing that we didn't like -breakfast could have more variety since we don't eat cooked food for breakfast but we enjoyed omelette and milk and fruits -the building is in fact old but you won't feel it

Near by airport. Free parking area. Awesome rooftop pool, with sunchairs. Room and toilet was big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. 2 bottles free water included. Breakfast was awesome. So many different variations. Coffee was great ! 2 different laundryplaces downstairs. Also great Italian restaurant and 7eleven, pharmacy and minimarket ! Nightmarket close by.

We had only one glass at the room and in our closet was dirty towel and used paper. Room need more plugs. A/C was strange. Sometimes it heated more than it should and sometimes it cools too much. Lady who works at breakfast was rude. If you stay here, you must rent a car / scooter. It is little bit too far away from everything.

Staff go above and beyond - booking us a rental car and day trips. They were so friendly and welcoming and ready to help. Breakfast was fantastic for the entire family and brilliant way to start the day! Room was clean and bathroom fantastic. Best shower (pressure and heat) of our entire 7 week stay in Malaysia! Location was great for us as we didn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main beach and it was a short drive to main attractions like to the sky bridge, crocodile farm etc with a selection of food options 1 min walk away.
