This is a new condo building, everything is very new. Check-in was very easy, the host sent me the instructions via WhatsApp, self check-in was very straightforward. The building is a 32 storey building and the appartment is located on the 29th floor facing the South China sea - this is one of the best views in the city. In the appartment everything is very well displayed - how you can use different things, which button is operating which device. Communication was always very easy with the host via WhatsApp. Finally I have prolonged my stay with a day and the extension was also managed very well. There are several coin laundries in the building at street level and there is a lot of shopping opportunities in the neighbourhood. Self check-out was again very easy and convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again when returning to KK.

Location: I attended a conference at SICC, it was a 10min walk to get there. Very convenient. I also went scuba diving from Jesselton ferry terminal, which was a 3min walk away. Convenience store at the bottom of the building. Some restaurants too. Laundromat also available. Relatively easy access. Despite having 32 floors, we never had to wait very long for the lifts. Small but comfortable rooms & living area. Good shower with hot water & good pressure. Ample parking.

Small/minor issues - bathroom light was not bright enough, a washing machine would have been wonderful. No sejadah provided (probably not owned by a muslim)

Everything!! Sea view from high floor : just having breakfast in the room made us feel happy. Stylish furnitures in new & clean room, good air conditioning Location: Next to Jesselton point allowed us to go to islands in swimming wear from the room Walking distance to Syria Sabah, Gaya street, markets, etc. can even go to the famous mosque on foot enjoying sea side walk YouTube, Netflix: made us comfortable to stay in the room High speed wifi

This is not bad point but recommend to bring or buy towels if you are nervous about it. This is nothing compared with good points.

We request a high-floor room with a sea view. The room offers a clear view of Jesselton's jetty with beautiful scenery. The jetty is within walking distance, which is very convenient if you plan to go on an island trip. This is a new property, and based on our experience, it has met all our expectations so far. All essential utilities, including Wi-Fi, are provided. a friendly reminder, please read your email or WhatsApp messages earlier to avoid any inconveniences during the check-in process. If you complete the procedure earlier, everything should be smooth. Thank you, Host!

Clean, comfortable and acceptable for the price

The staff replying me shortly .. But when i tell her / his regarding the coffee glass my daughter accidently broke .. No response .. i am not sure she / he angry or not .. Until i want to return key and card at mailbox, almost 15 minute i try to open the mailbox .. when i whatsapp still not responding, i call she / he rejected then she / he reply me at whatsapp telling me that the password already change 😐

Centralized location. Parking space is free of charge, indoor parking with good lighting at night. It has a convenience store at the ground floor, laundry shops, a 24 hrs open eatery, and a basic gym at the top floor. The pedestrian walkway is baby stroller friendly. Great view of the sea and islands, also some parts of the Convention Centre and main road. A quiet unit, my family had a pleasant sleep during our 2 nights stay.

We were a bit confused with the lift upon collecting the key but we are so glad that the security guard is very helpful. There's nothing that we dislike in general but it would be so great if cleanliness is improved just a little bit more ;) One of the mugs has coffee stains in it, and one plate is oily but we rinsed off the utensils before using so no big issue - could be just an oversight by the housekeeper. The couch needs some vacuum done as there are some tiny loose particles like dust and hair on the surface in between the sofa pillows. Make sure the empty hair shampoo bottle is refilled before guests check-in.

Even the key collection's instruction was given, it still confusing options was given but actually its not an option. You must park at the side and need someone to pick up the key at level 32. At last about 1-2 hrs settling the key collection and we are done.

Self check in and self check out was easy. Communication with host is great. Perfect location close to everything. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable.

The lights in the bathroom need replacement. Host to give clear instructions on how to turn on the hot water pump for the shower when checking in
