My room was simple but had all the basics, including free Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and well-kept facilities. The location is quite convenient, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby, which made exploring the area easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it offers a good experience for its price range.

The lack of daily housekeeping or an easy way to request it. While the room was well-kept upon arrival, a simple option to schedule housekeeping services would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the vicinity, a few are open 24 hours.

The bathroom floor design- the water would overflow during shower but it wasn't really a huge concern since the water drains well.

2nd time stay at hotel. There improvement.Room spacious. Clean..get slipper, coffee and tea and drinking water. Eatery many choices around the hotel. Chinese restaurant majorly around the hotel but there fast food, mamak convenient store ( CU, family mart, 7 11,KK mart )

Only the bed. Thin pad maybe need to turn down the bed or the matress is old

Everything is available nearby, which is very convenient. Unexpectedly, the hotel supplies are also very complete, and the charges are normal.

- Nice interior and deco - Large bed with 4 comfortable pillows - Clean - Accommodating staff - Good wifi connection - There's an elevator - Strategic location, lots of shops and stores nearby including Mydin mall - Quite easy to find parking

- Shared iron outside the room - No housekeeping. Need to tie the rubbish plastics and put them outside the room - Fridge isn't cool at all, not serving its purpose - There was a leak on the wall facing exterior, hence wetting some clothes nearby (unlucky)

The room is spacious, the furniture is awesome, there is a makeshift table for individual working with laptop. The bathroom is well-designed and clean.

Overall, everything is fine . Room also clean and tidy and i love about their room. The staff also friendly and easy too communicate.

• The aircond was cold but need to repair because too noisy (got some uncomfortable sound) • Secondly, they changed my room last minute . I was okay with that but for me is too last minute because my planned was to stay together in one room with my friends. Unfortunately, on that day , we checked in with to separate rooms . I was informed by the hostess that they gave the room to other people already which i’ve already booked it long time ago .

Found the room smears smoke and complains to the counter and agrees to change the room. Staff should check the room before allowing guests to check in

Maybe i'm Chinese so it is very convenient for me that found a lot of chinese restaurant around the location.

Warm light is romantic but it is necessary to install a cool white light at the table side for study, it's very hurt the eyes when reading the book.

The cleanness of the room, I liked the room design as well

The staff was not friendly and before I arrive at the hotel they said we do not have the room and you need to cancel your booking but I was not acceptable because I could not find another hotel in that period
