Very good location, close to the street with restaurants and shops, market, bus station and self-service laundry. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Clean. Shared bathroom, shampoo, soap, towel available. Kitchenette available. Nice and helpful crew. Ordered tour to Misty Forest good for the conditions at that time (i.e. almost everything in Misty Forest closed), i.e. the only option to see Misty Forest even in such a defective form. Very good guide, local Indian, with great knowledge and interesting information not only about Misty Forest but also about tea plantations and the town in general.

The hostel was well-located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The room matched the pictures and provided the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. While it was simple and no-frills, it was clean and perfect for a budget traveler. The common areas were decent for meeting other travelers, though the facilities could use some updates. Overall, for the price, it’s a good option if you’re just looking for a place to rest in a convenient location.
Nothing as such. Things were as they were promised. Keep the right expectations for the price you are paying. Its a hostel. Overall good experience.

The staff were very friendly, the hostel was very clean, the shared kitchen facilities were great and they had water dispencers throughout. Our room was small but comfortable. We had a private room so I can't comment on the shared bathroom facilities, they looked small but fit for purpose. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and only a short walk from the bus station. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this to others.
On our last night, it sounded like someone was doing DIY either upstairs or in the building next door which was annoying, although this was no fault of the hostel, maybe they can make sure the neighbours adhere to their 'quiet policy'.

Our stay was good. The staff is really nice and helpful :) The room we had was perfectly clean, and big - we also had a balcony which I would recommend since otherwise the rooms are probably quite dark. On every level you find hot water, cups, bowls, cutlery and free tea also :) Which is really lovely. Close to the reception there is also a water dispenser. - and the common area (has seating area and pool table) WIFI was okay all in all i can recommend staying there
we wanted to have breakfast in the common area around 8:30 but there were cleaning it (i think thats not the best time, since this is the time people get up, have a coffe etc etc - but thats just my opinion)

Very comfortable hostel, close to everything in town. Staff were very helpful in giving us tips for what to do and how to get around. Other guests were very calm and respectful, overall a great experience staying here.
I had a private room with balcony and the door doesn’t shut out any of the traffic noise outside - nothing earplugs wouldn’t fix though! On the last morning my shower didn’t turn on, but I’m sure if we asked someone to fix it they would have.

We booked a double room with shared bathroom. The room was very small but clean and comfortable and everything you need. The bathroom had a good hot shower and the shared spaces were really nice and had good kitchen facilities. Location is great right next to restaurants and hiking trails. Very good hostel would recommend!
Only downside is there is only one bathroom per floor if you have a shared bathroom room which means having to wait sometimes (obviously you can pick a private bathroom room so can’t really complain)

We absolutely loved this hostel! We extended our stay twice! Both dorms and private rooms are exceptional. Really lovely staff on front desk - couldn’t do enough for us and was so helpful when organizing tours and transport. Excellent place to stay for exploring Cameron highlands - can’t get much more central than this hostel. Great trekking / walking / hiking info here - fantastic map available at reception. Lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!!
Nothing!

For the private rooms there's the ones with and the ones without window. We had no windows, meaning the room was incredibly quiet and very fair priced. Facilities were all clean and staff friendly, they also gave us tips for self-guided hikes.
The shared bathroom has toilet and shower in one (see photo), meaning if anyone on the floor has a shower, the toilet is completely soaked for the next 6 hours. The Wifi had its ups and downs, but was rather slow in general.

Nice little hostel with great deals on private rooms, with a billards table as well - met a few nice people here during my stay. Bed is comfy, shower works ok. Its basic, but it does it job for a few great nights in the Cameron Highlands.
Staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating - was made to wait to check into a private, even though my room was ready hours before hand because the guy manning the desk wouldn't even look up my reservation - only being on the phone with his boss notified him to allow me to check in. The hotel advertises that it has a laundry service, but it DOES NOT - same front desk guy told me as such, so traveler be warned.
