We stayed at Huvan Beach for 1 night before going to a resort the following day. From the get go, the reception team at the hotel was fantastic, organising shared transfers for us so we did not have to wait at the airport or stress in the morning to reach it. We received an upgrade to Amber beach hotel, run by the same people, which was amazing value for money. Amy went above and beyond with her kindness, coming with us to the room to show us how everything worked and keeping in touch with us regarding the transfers. The hotel rooftop restaurant is the best place to have a meal if you arrive later at night like we did. If you are to spend one night near the airport, this hotel is the best choice!

Clean hotel but the beach leaves much to be desired, although it is cleaned daily, but superficially. Maybe every hotel should clean and arrange the beach in front of its own location. They have good European food, usually in the area you can find many restaurants with Indian specifics.. The services are ok, very kind staff.

The only shortcoming is related to the cleanliness and facilities of the beach in front of the hotel. The beach also has a dress code, deviations are tolerated for men, they can only stay in briefs, but if they find women in bikinis, the police come and dress them.

The room was very clean, the staff were very kind and attentive. I have already stayed twice in this hotel and have always had a wonderful stay definitely will be back as I travel often here for work purposes. Amy and Ansar were very helpful and with an excellent service as well as the rest of the staff. I also booked a transfer last minute and the staff member driving the car was also helpful therefore I also recommend it. The restaurant has a wide variety of options ranging from breakfast to lunch. You are also just infront of the beach therefore good location.

Upon arrival, I had some challenges with my room. The tv service wasn't working and there was construction outside as well. Once I contacted the front desk they did their best to change my room. The next day they were able to get me moved to another much quieter room with an upgrade as well. The front desk staff was also helpful in helping me exchange some of my US currency out of their own wallet which kept me from having to head across town to an ATM. Overall the staff was extremely helpful in addressing my challenges and making me comfortable Very much appreciated!

Near to the airport and the hotel's shuttle service was professionally handled. Clean room and toilet. Enough space to keep luggage. Hotel staff provided bottled water even when we didn't get the room to be cleaned for one day (out of our courtesy to save resources). Friendly staff who checked on us, recommend activities and places to visit. Walking distance to shops (eateries, souvenir shops, cafes). The hotel is cozy with a restaurant in the front and a nice eating place on the rooftop. Just cross a street to access the beach. The sunrise and night sky view from the room balcony are wonderful too.

Minor technical issue with the TV that would turn on by itself after a few seconds of switching it off using the remote. The screen was bright when it turned on during the night.

The room is very clean as always. This is my second time visiting this hotel in Hulhumale and my experience has been always very positive and good. Their restaurant have a very nice quality choices of food and can be consider as good value for money. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. I love the newly renovated rooms it is really more like a top quality budget hotel in Hulhumale. Overall it's a very pleasant stay for the second time.

The only thing which i considered a set-back is the rooms that has the view on the side with just another window from another building other than that, beach could have been really exciting to be in.

Property was in the perfect location right across the street from the beach. Basically it’s a beachfront property. Staff were kind and attentive. Special thanks to Amy for ensuring that all was well during my stay. Hotel has restaurant on the 4th floor that overlooks the beach. Well rounded property also with a cafe and breakfast in the morning. I am happy chose this property. It was exactly what I needed for a short stay. Hotel offers transportation to and from the airport for a fee. Very convenient and puntual.

Nothing to complain about. Property was simple and in the right area of Hulhumale.

Property location is very close to the every good restaurants, shops and beach. Upon arrival hotel got in touch with us asking if we need transportation and checking what time we will arrive as they wanted make sure that room ready when we are there. When we arrived front office Agent Amy met us she was very polite, friendly and very professional, did our check in so fast, provided us all needful information as well. Amy along with Ansar who is Executive from Front Office have surprised us with free room upgrade which was very pleasant. Room is very clean with everything you need to have it there, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, water, mini bar, toiletry things as well, we got an amazing room with stunning balcony, and the view was fantastic. As well we needed wake up call and taxi in certain time, they made sure that we woke up in time and got taxi same time as we asked So our stay was absolutely fantastic. Again wanna say thank you for Amy & Ansar for making our stay great.

I've booked Huvan Beach Hotel for the 5th time (read my previous reviews).The hotel suits all my needs I have for my 1-2 night-stays. Everytime I arrive at the hotel there's sth new, eg. the restaurant at the roof top. Luckily the staff stays the same which makes you feel like coming home. My special thanks to Amy and Ansar at the reception for the kind conversation and always upgrading me to a seaview room. The communication with them is easy going, everything you need like eg transfer to the airport is arranged in a sec.

The location of this hotel us superb and has nice beachfront view! We were looked after by the staff very well and accomodated to our needs. Amy was so nice and kept on checking how we were. We liked her hospitality and offered us an upgrade which was so amazing as we loved the sea view room. The in-room food service was good, we like dining in the restaurant. They were efficient in arranging the transfers for me as well even if my flight was too early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and would love to stay here again.
