Pretty new hotel with good location, well cleaned room with facilities and comfy beds. Good choice of breakfast. a lot of thanks to staff for their hospitality, especially to Danica, her advices about Malta was absolutely valuable 😊

the plugs in the room are good for nothing 🙁impossible to use. Need to wait elevator some time. We had one key card and it wasn’t compatible. Better to set up the mosquito net for the window in the room. very bad condition of WiFi.

The room is very clean, big enough for two and the bed is really comfortable - big and soft. We had everything in our room, and what we didn’t have (iron for example), we asked and the receptionist gave it to us. Room had coffee maker, tea, good wifi, hot water, private bathroom and big window. The breakfast is very good, there is a lot of options and they always make sure everything you need is there. Perfect atmosphere, small hotel and friendly stuff - all you need for a pleasent stay! They even organized a night where they’d served free drinks at the hotel bar.

At the moment, another building is being built near the hotel, so we had a bit of noise in the morning. It was not that terrible because the isolation is good. However, this is something the JL hotel can’t do anything about.

The hotel, the stuff, breakfast and all experience in general was very pleasant. It close to everything, takes not more than 30 min to go over the whole island. Very nice and helpful stuff, rooms are clean, bar downstairs and beautiful view from the last floor where we enjoy our breakfast and pool. Very nice breakfast, also vegan options provided. Very nice experience, for sure will come back if will visit Malta again.

Hotel based in the Center of St.Julians with a lot of bar/pubs/clubs around. It’s a noisy area itself, cool for party people who do not go to bed earlier 3am. Hotel provides earplugs, it helps as we slept with the closed window. No parking, sometimes it hard to find where to park the car. Some constructions around in the area, but till the season start it may be finished.

Cleanliness, location, amenities kit, good selection of breakfast (included in the price), friendly staff, nice rooftop terrace with a restaurant area. There is also a small pool, but we did not use it.

The design flaw of the shower floor allows water to spill out of the shower area, and there is no way to stop it. We visited in December 2024, and the building's air conditioner was locked in heating mode. It was not possible to change the temperature to a personal comfort level. We kept the window open to allow cooler air in, but that brought a couple of mosquitoes/ bugs in as well. So, we had to keep the window closed throughout the stay. We contacted the front desk multiple times, but they were unable to fix it. We stayed for 4 nights, but the towels were not replaced during the housekeeping visit, even though it was mentioned in their service booklet.

Great place and pretty new hotel. The room is spacious and well decorated, with A/C, Kettle and Coffee machine. A glass panel separates the bathroom area, which some people might care about. The staff was really great and always helpful and the free breakfast have decent options (the omelete was amazing). Location is great, but unfortunately there's a lot of construction work nearby so it can get noisy early. No noise from the street, but the room was on the 8th floor, it could affect lower floors. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The hotel and room were always very well cleaned, with someone cleaning the room everyday. Very satisfied with the place.

Minor things: Open shower, so you end up flooding the bathroom and the rest of the room. Weird smell coming up the bathroom floor drain, you would feel it more when entering the room.

The Hotel is accessible to bus stations going to the city center. A lot of bars and restaurants are also located nearby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is big and the beds are comfy. They provided toiletries and the room is completely equipped with necessary stuff like coffee maker and fridge. They have their own bar and they invited their guests in a happy hour. On our last day we asked for a taxi for our airport transfer and they were able to booked it even though it is an unusual time (3am) for an airport transfer.

The partition of the bathroom from the bedroom is frosted glass and there is not much privacy. I went with a friend so it is a bit awkward when taking a bath.

Honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many complaints about this place. Everything was fine and I really liked it. The breakfast was more than enough: coffee, tea, boiled or fried eggs, toasted bread or croissants, cake with coffee – everything you need. For the price, everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was tidy, with slippers, shower gel, a coffee machine, clean towels, bedding, and so on. The TV had Netflix and YouTube. Judging by the exterior of the building, renovations are still ongoing. We didn’t hear any noise and slept like angels. Thank you, I give you an excellent rating and would definitely come back!❤️

The location of the hotel is perfect for a young couple/group that would like to experience the night life of St. Julians. The room was very clean and the size is just fine, the housekeepers were also so friedly. The breakfast is minimal, but for the price and everything i think that thats not a problem. It was a good breakfast, the staff there is really friendly. I think that a lot of the people that left a bad review here forgot that this is a 3 star hotel (not 4 not 5), so for the standards of a 3 star hotel its very nice.

Hmm the downside is that there are renovating a bulding beside the hotel and it can be very nosy, but thats not the hotels fault. Also the streets are very busy at night but after a long day of exploring Malta, i always sleept like a baby. And the unlocked front door - but still all your rooms are on a card so nobody can break in.

Clean, excellent breakfast, lovely view from the top floor (you don’t get the view from the room but I guess you can’t have a sea view and a good price). No parking but you can find something at the bottom of the street (not too sure how does the situation in summer looks). As some people mentioned there’s a few steps to the reception and only there you can take the lift to all the other floors. It wasn’t an issue for us but for someone with mobility problems it definitely could be. Ah I need to ass - comfortable beds.

Amazing brand new hotel! Position is right in the heart of life! And in the best place of the iskand. Anyway is right located to don't be so noisy during night so you can enjoy night life and sleep aswell! The staff was amazing and so kind since the first moment we arrived! Breakfast is super at rooftoop ! Also swimming pool is in top. And last but not least amazing room with mirrors, and beds are more than perfect! Certainly , I will return in further time while I will be in Malta again . Sincery, I have been traveling around the world and this is the first time that I'm feeling upset to leave!!! Thank you to you all!
