The staff was very friendly and always kept in touch.

Perhaps I misread it in the property's description, but upon check-in a security deposit of 100€ had to be paid, this took me by surprise.

Location: Place was walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. We did not know it was a lively place in the evenings, with the presence of bars and casinos, but it wasn't a bother. Flat: It was ENORMOUS, new, and clean. Check-in and check-out: There was some confusion as to the location pin / address, but when I called when we arrived, we were assisted by Mary Joy (receptionist), who guided us to the correct building, allowed us to leave our things while waiting to check-in, and made sure everything from then on went smoothly.

Suggestion: For those who opt to use the washing machine, it would be convenient if laundry detergent were already available or provided.

The dresser drawers in our room were put together without the rollers being screwed on so it just fell apart and was unusable 😅 they just need to glue or screw the rollers to the drawers. Same with the bathroom if you open the cabinet the mirror almost falls off the wall because it’s not secured. And they need a shower curtain. Easy things to work out

The personel is very pleasure and positive. We received new room because the photos on booking was not a same as property. The peoples on the reception every time is open to our requests, very smiling and friendly. The room was cleaned every 2 days, with towels changing. All needed equipment in the kitchen and bathroom including hairdryer and iron. The location is good, not far from beach, bus station and supermarkets. A lot pubs and restaurants around. The noise in the evening not cause the problem. Very interesting was to see the peoples behaviour from the balcony.

Everything was ok. We rented 2 rooms without any negatives.

Very helpful staff, they helped with all the questions. Nice rooms, everything was clean and new. There were everything you need for life, even iron with ironing board. ACs work ok for heating.

Hotel located in noisy area with night club just on the same street. This night club doesn't close the doors during the night, so it's pretty noisy on this street. We asked to move to another room, and the staff gave us another room , which was quiet with windows to the other side. Ask quiet room when you book.

Traveled with sime friends for the oct poker festivals, location was ideal as it was next to the strip but too close to disturb any sleep, also located inbetween all 3 main casinos, facilities was good and apartment was very spacious, will definitely stay again.

Beds was mediocre at best could definitely do with better quality mattresses, but not to uncomfortable to get a nights sleep.

Really nine place with super friendly staff. The room is clean and newly furnished. The bed is super comfortable. There is no reception avaible in the late evening but can easily get to your room and check in the following morning. The area is quite noisy but this is in the middle of an area where clubs and bars are common so this way it is totally OK. I would definitely recommmend. If I return to Malta, I will totally opt for this place to stay at.

Water pressure in the shower cabin was pretty low.

Firstly - very friendly and helpful staff. Would like to thank Roberta and Mary for wonderful assistance throughout my 2 week stay. Secondly, the rooms are of great value for quality. Large space, modern kitchens and comfortable sofas. Interior decorations - good. Thirdly, the location is rather satisfying - 5 mins away from the sea, restaurants and nightlife. The only downside is that nightlife in Malta is rather noisy during the weekends. Definetely recommend Miami Apartments. Solid 9/10

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with central heating and air conditioning, it was in a prime location close to the nightlife but just enough out to be quiet. There was an added bonus of Netflix and YouTube.

Nothing, there was scaffolding on the balcony but in Winter it didn't really matter. And the workmen were very polite.

Very nice personnel at the reception. Clean. Very good location, nice view from the balcony. All necessary appliances were. For the cooking was everything. Washing machines have a separate room. Laundry.

Cleaner throws out some things without asking. Our bags, some cosmetics, because she decided we don't need them)) a bit smaller sitting room. On a picture it shows much bigger
