Kind and service oriented staff without the pressure to tip. The beach is beautiful and long with lots of places to settle where you feel you’re alone. The quality of the food is good with plenty of choice. Considerate to people with allergies and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Finding lounge chairs at the pool areas. As we had our child in the stroller we found that there were too many stairs and only one elevator to go from the room areas to the pool and restaurants. Charging for (tap!) water is unacceptable for families with children even if they were only in the half board option.

check in is a disaster. 3rd time we have been back this year and it seems to get worse every time. takes a full day to forget that dreadful start to a holiday. Confusion on payment , wrong couplings , no baby cot you name it be ready for at least 30 min of printing confirmation .honestly probably the reason we won’t be back a 4 Time in September when our family arrives

We enjoyed the beautiful clear and clean beaches. The food was excellent We enjoyed the spectacular entertainment during supper/Dinner, it was amazing

I am happy to share my experience of the hotel in Mauritius. I spent 5 days with my family and we really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel. Especially we liked their in house restaurant. The price is also reasonable and they have a lot of room service. It's a great option for everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay at Mauritian beach with family. We would love to go there again and I would like to advise everyone who plan to visit Mauritius must go there

The resort itself is huge with plenty of activities happening through out the day. We stayed here in the winter months of mauritius. The pool was cold but bearable in the afternoon. We had half board so we tried all the restaurant at the hotel for dinner. The Chinese and the Japanese restaurant were really good. If i was to visit again i would only have the dinner buffet once and the a la carte restaurants more. Rooms were nice and comfortable. We had 2 interconnecting rooms and were upgraded to the beach front on the quiet side of hotel. You can easily walk around the hotel or get a drop off in one their golf carts.

Just a few small complaints/suggestions. We arrived late in the evening directly from the airport after a long flight. The checkin process took a very long time. Had to email booking confirmation to their email while being there. By the time we checked in the room we only had 30 mins before dinner closing time and had to rush to get fresh and make it in time. The tides restaurant at lunch hours had terribly slow service. We had lunch there twice and every time it would take a long time just to get the menu. And then another long wait for someone to take order. The boat house staff did not seem welcoming and were always in a hurry to close early.

The beautiful resort is set right on the beachfront, so you have access to the long stretch of sand and loungers a few steps away from the water. They have many water activities for free and some paid. The pools are stunningly designed and perfect for kids and adults. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. We chose the half board option. There are 4 or 5 restaurants on the site. One was the main breakfast and dinner buffet and the others had to be booked in advance but were free too. The variety of food was delicious. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa.. highly recommended. I would definitely come back!

the food was good at all the restaurants we ate at. the entertainment on our last night with the live DJ was lots of fun. the pool area and the beach facilities were all good . the walk to our room everyday was beautiful

the hot water in my bathroom was a problem, I had to complain twice about it, Also the fact that the bathroom area had no doors to close it off, I was travelling with my husband so it was ok but if my kids came to sit in our room ,having a shower or even going to the toilet while they were there was not possible as there was no privacy.
