We liked the variation and options for dinner. Staff were always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Breakfast service was excellent. We particularly liked the bar located on the island, this was really special (however we only knew about this as we were playing golf here, the welcome team should be clearer that this is where the main beach is). Excellent golf course so close by. The cooking course we did at the resort was fantastic, this should be publicised more!

Compared to other four seasons resorts, this one seemed a little dated. Communication to book activities was a little confusing. We were also told by the hotel welcome team that there was excellent snorkelling directly from the beach on the island - this wasn't true and actually because of the boats it was dangerous to do so. Aside from the golf course, there wasn't much local to the resort, so you are limited by restaurant options. The beach and swimming areas were not particularly beautiful, and you would be better off travelling to a different part of the island for this.

I didn’t have a good experience with the resort restaurants and the room service food as the restaurant was very expensive with not delicious food the Italian restaurant you will pay more than 300 USD and the main course will be very very little food you can finishing on one time ( one main course price around 60 - 80 USD) ., the room service food was very expensive and not delicious if you order burger its will be 80 USD and the pizza not fresh it’s a frozen pizza with bad taste and presentation . it’s a first time in all restaurants and hotels i paid around 40 USD for one of salad !!???

Amazing place, amazing staff and relaxing environment. They checked me early (I arrive @ 10:30 am and was @ my room by 11 am). Also, they offered me a late checked out @6 pm which is amazing since my flight was @ 9:50 pm. It was my birthday so the sent me cake and drink (non alcoholic). Always helpful and responded to the chat services on time. I wanted to dine in one of the resort restaurant but it was fully booked, but they tried their best and book me a table. The over all environment is heavenly relaxing and you will enjoy walking or riding throughout the resort. Club cars were always ready to pick up form any where. you can take boat form hotel to Ile aux Cerfs Beach and enjoy the day (free ride). kayak and many other water activities were complementary. if you have left over food they can wrap it for you and you can order to reheat it from your room (preventing food waste).

this will be the perfect choice if you think about relaxing time and not interested to leave the resort . The resort is little far from capital and most activities and it could take one hour or more to go places. however, they can arrange with taxi drivers to take you and stays with you for 8 hours. Privacy is not 100% in villas, once I found the gardeners entered my lawn from next villa without asking for permission "which is not suitable for me since I was swimming".

The resort is clean & big, very nice for walks and bicycle rides. Loved the water activities and the boat house crew services. Around 6 restaurants with different cuisines and different atmosphere and view, live performances were available too. Planned a candlelit dinner by the beach, which was the best we had so far (we asked for live performance; singer and guitarist which made it extra special). Meghna at the reception desk was lovely and exceptional.

services and food were very expensive and over their value. also, we have to book a day to 3 days in advance to get a table. very poor communication between the staff; everyday we have to explain the activities we asked for and check&recheck the booking status. not a clear beach, was full of rocks. hoarse-back riding was written as a property activity, however it was more than 2 hr ride away from the resort.

The staff are great.. Dorebella and Terry were in the top of every thing… the Villas are beautiful, having five different restaurants with different cuisines gives you plenty of choices… I loved Umi Zaka (Asian) the most.. but honestly most of the restaurants are great… couple of bicycles incidents happened to the family, and the nurse was in no time attending for treatment… in the spa the Mauritius massage is great, I think it’s there specialty… in the fitness center the personal trainers are available to assist and guide, Jonathan 👍… WiFi was great for conferences and work generally… all in all one of the best resorts in Mauritius if not the best

It’s a massive property so it is expected somethings will go wrong… but the recovery speed is lighting fast… I think the area of improvement can be on the concierge service through the WhatsApp, sometimes there communication is not clear

My checkout experience was disappointing. By 12PM I kept getting calls from reception asking me to leave by 12:30. They even sent the buggy car to escort me to reception without me asking although they know my taxi awaites me at 2PM. they said the new guest who supposed to take my villa arrived earlier. It was disrespectful for me and my wife. we had to stay in the lobby for 1 hour awaiting our taxi although we did not want to. This completely ruined my experience. I would give them 0 just for that .

Just a whole other level, nothing else on the island comes close. I stayed in 5 different properties during my 3weeks in Mauritius and I travel .. well a lot... and it's very uncommon to see such an exponential jump in the level of hospitality... for let's say double the price of the other properties on the island which are already labelled luxury stays. It was truly another world compared to hotels half the price, and it was worth every dime. Couldn't afford a full stay there, but was well worth finishing my stay at this hotel and averaging with other properties, every other luxury resort seems like a waste of money now. The rooms, the facilities and the service are out of this world... the service compares to top hotels globally while every other hotel on the island has kind/well meaning but sometimes sloppy service. Hemma and Kamini took extremely good care of us.. everything was truly on point, discreet and tailored, cannot thank the staff enough. Nothing else looks worth it anymore when you've stayed there.

Couldn’t be better, we had an issue because of the airline we lost one of our night, but happily all the team of the hotel took care of us we didn’t even felt sad as much as everything was perfect. I even did my proposal and they did everything to make this beautiful day for us totally unique. Big thank you to Surya and Kamal for the attention. One of the best hotel i have been.

Everything was awesome.

Pros: 1) The view. 2) The quietness of area. 3) The private pool although it is only 1.3 meter and around 2.5x2.5 meters in area. 4) The kindness of the staff. 5) You can enjoy a leisure and relaxing trip without the need to leave the hotel. Unless if you want to buy some groceries.

Cons: 1) The TV screen is a little bit small in size and only one chair is available to watch the TV. I would recommend to enlarge and if possible to install in on an arm to make it possible to watch the TV on the bed. 2) The location is a far from local market I remember it may need 30-45 minutes drive. 3) I prefer if there is a grocery store within the facility with reasonable prices.
