We especially liked the new, modern and very good facilities of the hotel as well as the outdoor facilities (pool, garden, billiards, etc.). The grounds offer plenty of space to relax and have your space. The rooms are modernly furnished, have very comfortable beds and the bathroom has a great rain shower. There is a small bulk shop on the hotel grounds where all daily necessities can be obtained for free or for a small fee. The hotel provides reusable bottles to fill up with free water at any time. Great! To reach the beach, you have to cross a small road. But that is not a problem and for that the beach section is gorgeous. We especially liked the friendliness of the staff. The team seemed very balanced, eager and authentic. (The bartenders at the Papaya bar are great!). The animation team was also very good. The program was creative, well organized and not too intrusive (definitely try the authentic dinner). The hotel additionally offered daily and free tours with the Glasbottom boat or for snorkeling. With three restaurants and pool bars, the hotel also offers a good selection of varied good cuisine.

The hotel offers a cab service through which, in addition to normal driving services, the usual tours in Mauritius for sightseeing, hiking, etc. can be booked (in Mauritius it is common to take excursions with a private driver / cab). We booked two tours through this and were very disappointed. In our opinion, the service was way too expensive compared to external providers. In addition, the service was extremely poor (driver could not speak English, we were constantly coerced to take more excursions and driven to shady souvenir stores). Better look at external providers, for example in Belle Mare. There we got great offers at much lower prices.

The hotel itself was stunning. Beautiful grounds, pools were idyllic and our room was perfect. Staff were super friendly, always on hand to help and responded in exactly the right way when we had a few gripes about the food.

We were disappointed with the food. There was nothing wrong with it, but it lacked flavour for us. mauritian food is very spicy and that is what we wanted, but even in the Mauritian restaurant there was no spice at all. We were told it was because Europeans don‘t like spice, which we understood, but you have to cater for everyone. We did speak to the manager and after that every meal we had was accompanied with a fiery chilli paste, which was delicious, but don‘t expect to be blown away by the food. Staff were outstanding though.

Breakfast buffet had a huge variety and was fresh and tasty. All the food we ordered at the resort was good (we were bed and breakfast), we expected to eat out more but the variety, quality and reasonable price of food available at the resort meant we used it a lot. We ate in all the restaurants - Kot Nou was our favourite. We loved the welcome, the service was consistently excellent and friendly, and this went right the way through to check out. It was our honeymoon and the extra touches to make it feel really special were very much appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful. There are lovely gardens, three bars, three restaurants, two pools, the beach and lots of options to sit and relax socially or more privately. Our room was a deluxe swim up room. Ot was clean, modern, relatively newly built! The swim up pool was lovely (shared between 6 rooms), rainfall shower, large comfy bed and A/C. You need the A/C! Last the activities. Some of these are included like yoga, snorkelling , cooking class and the glass bottom boat. They were great and a fun way to get to know other guests a little. We also booked a supplement trip on the catamaran at sunset with drinks and canapes which was fantastic.

The only thing was that service at papaya bar could occasionally take a little while!

We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool which was wonderful and a great space! The staff were really wonderful and friendly, nothing was too much! I had 2 massages at the spa which were great. The food was good quality with a nice selection which was a nice surprise. We also had a great honeymoon meal at one of the A La Carte restaurants which was lovely with our very kind server Sebastian :) The vibe of the hotel was great and we really loved to see the things they are implementing to be more eco conscious.

Unfortunately the air on and the pool jets were loud at night so we did struggle to sleep a bit. Also people reserving beach chairs with their towels should not be allowed. Nobody did this at pool and the result was always plenty of available chairs yet you go to the beach and can’t sit there which is frustrating when there is nobody physically there!

Highly recommended! We love everything about this hotel - the facilities, the staff and the food. There are two big swimming pools, many restaurants and bars. The resort is bigger than we expected! The options are plenty and there is live cooking. Every night they have different activities like live singers, karaoke, etc. The staff are absolutely friendly and made us feel like we are the only guests at the hotel.The hotel is about one hour and a half from the airport and easy to reach. We used a booking.com taxi option /around 25 euro/. The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach. There are many sunbeds and umbrellas - free of charge. The room is not so big, but the beds are super super comfy! We booked a half board option which means that the drinks at dinner are not included /just for information - this is the all hotels policy in Mauritius/. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed it!

Excellent parking facilities and welcome staff, I never felt so welcome in Mauritius as I did at this Resort. From the easy check-in process to the carry luggage bellboy , our entrance was beyond what we expected. Our room was spacious, clean and the quality of the furniture tailored to fit the theme of the tropics, made so relaxed and happy with our choice. The beds were excellent , I could actuallt sleep for once. The food and beverages are varied and with three restaurant you had more than enough choices on quality. The activities provided by the property from scubadiving and music in the night really encapsulated every need was met. The spas massages were so good that we actually booked it twice. To Reena, we want to personally thank you for going above and beyond at making our stay the best possible experience we ve had in Mauritius. Thank you once so much.

Nothing to dislike,everything is beyond great.

The facilities were lovely. The grounds were very pretty too. Really enjoyed the two pools, the different dining locations, and the variety of evening events. The location to the beach was great! We actually liked that you had to walk across the street to the beach, it helped maintain the natural feel of the beach when you sit there.

Consistent afternoon music at the social pool everyday would've been nice. Also consistent music at dinner. It felt very odd without it. For the price I would have also appreciated dedicated shampoo and conditioner bottles, and not a gel/shampoo combo with no conditioner.

nothing around so you have to make your plans about transportation due it’s not so easy to have a taxi especially after 9 noon

We loved that it was adults only, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The resort grounds and pools were well maintained and clean. The food was amazing, full of flavour and authentic. The staff were wonderful! Always willing to help and very kind.

We opted for a swim up room which we loved but one downfall, which is no fault of the property's was that you share the pool and some of the guests would come and by or hang outside of our rooms so we always felt that we had to curtains drawn or conscious of not exposing ourselves. Additionally, one evening we came back from dinner to find our stuff that was hanging outside and the outdoor area soaked. The other guests must've been splashing A LOT to achieve getting all of our clothes and towels soaked. Again, no fault of the resort's, just inconsiderate guests.

wonderful new hotel with great staff. enjoyed a lot. beautiful beach. everyday there are all day long events. swimming pools are perfect.
