The Don Diego Breakfast was really good. They have a buffet from 6:30 am to 11 am and their food is delicious. We also had pizza and sushi by the pool during the day. We had dinner at Don Diego and ate lunch at the Agave restaurant. It was good food and the staff was very nice.

The AC from my room kept on leaking so I had to call maintenance twice. Also you have to pay for laundry service. My son just needed a few clothes to be washed and they charged us $60. Also be very careful with the 90 min tour they try to sell you their timeshare. Just be very direct with them and you will be ok if you don't want to purchase it. The store at the main lobby is very expensive for waters and snacks. I paid $9 for a water bottle. They also don't allow Uber to come into their property you have to meet them at the corner of the resort. They prefer for you to get their taxis which is expensive $25 just to take you to the strip, but Uber will charge you no more than $5.

Breakfast at don diego is fantastic. Everything starts with the great attention of Karen and Adilene! They select a table for you like a fisherperson selects their lures for a fishing day. Then you have the best chilaquiles verdes accompanied by omelete made by a professional that has a smile when preparing. At the pool bar you have Severo and Souza making great Mango margaritas. Dinner was good at Agave! Luis was a great waiter at Emiliano’s! Beach at Cabo San Lucas is s gorgeous but not swimmable all areas.

Suggestion is to always pay attention when buying tours ok? Never buy at unknown non-accredited companies even though it gets more expensive sometimes nothing is more pricey than scams. Just saying.

The staff! Ingrid, Nancy, Ricardo the beach lifeguard, Hilario, etc.. all were amazing and made me feel like i was part of their family. The location is excellent being right across the street from the marina and a shopping mall. i walked everywhere from this resort and felt safe the entire time which is good being i was traveling solo. it’s close to downtown with lots of restaurants, pharmacies, shops. i would definitely go back.

There is a lot of walking as the property is huge. The beach isn’t swimmable but the waves are gorgeous. I wish the property had servers on the beach for drinks and food for those of us who didn’t want to be around the pool areas where there was constant loud music blaring. The pool umbrellas and seating was always filled so if i wanted shade i had to go down to the beach. But that is a small inconvenience compared to the many MANY good things. The food is mediocre but i am not super picky so it was fine for me. i didn’t have to make it so that was a bonus for me!

The pools were awesome, the meals were great. The staff was amazing and helpful... Rooms were very clean and spacious...The view of the ocean and whales jumping was one of our highlights totally recommend a room with ocean view as opposed to marina or elsewhere...

When arrived the Information i received i was given a little to quickly I would recommend a written Bible of resteraunts, hours, limitations re blue blue band vs black etc as traveller's are worn out and tired and likely not paying enough attention...printed out map of resort for all would be good also

Everything was really nice, even the daily events like bingo and tequila tasting were surprisingly fun. We missed casino night because the seats reached capacity. The pool was clean and the food was delicious. The room was restocked with beer and soft drinks daily.

When I checked in, I paid cash and the employee called later to say I was short but I received the correct change. I used that change to tip the bellman. But had to go down and pay again because it's just ten USD. Also they didn't take my dollars straight from the bank, maybe $300 were rejected but luckily I had extra. Just strange they only wanted perfect fresh bills. If I knew before I would have changed them at the bank before.

The location and the landscape are at the top notch in this area. You will never get bored with the views either on the marina/downtown side or on the ocean side. The Junior Suite is spacious enough and very comfy. A variety of choices in restaurants and bars which are doing their jobs just right. The aerobics sessions in the pool and the evening shows are very enjoyable too. Staff are all nice and they helped me have fun, or find solutions when I have issues (thanks especially to Armand at the reception as well as Yuki, Yair and Victor at the pool area). Also, it seems someone is always cleaning somewhere and the facility is in fact kept very clean. Overall, my stay was truly fantastic despite being on a solo trip basis. I would love to be back with my family next time.

The only real drawback is Wi-Fi quality throughout the facility. The draining hole of the bath tub in my room was not sealed tightly and the water was gone in few minutes.

I love the pools and the choices available there. You have a pool that's good for kids but is also quiet and relaxing. Second pool that has a bar and is very active with aquarobics and more geared towards having fun, and the third pool that was large but again, quiet in the mornings and then activity picks up with water volleyball etc. Staff is there all the time to get you drinks or run fun activities like darts, bags, ping pong, dancing. Just love it. The location is very good for doing activities. You are just a street away from the pier where they sell all the tours. Super easy to get around. The resort is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. We were sad to leave...

Not sure, maybe all the tiping that you feel like you need to be ready with? Just make sure you bring some singles so that you don't feel left out.

Food was great, staff was wonderful, pool was fun, drinks were delicious!

We were in room 8101 (marina view) and it was very far from the lobby and pool. Would not recommend this room if you have any mobility problems as there are a lot of stairs and no way to avoid them.

Dinners were all excellent, actually all the food was excellent, and we tried several different venues and foods. Drink service at the pool was also excellent. Norma was outstanding at taking our orders at the pool and bringing drinks and food back very quickly. She did an excellent job making sure everyone had anything they needed. We also loved the location and the ability to walk around the Marina.

Our first room smelled very bad, like sewer. We requested a new room and were placed in a worse location on the ground level with a street right outside our door, so we felt we were punished for complaining that our room smelled bad. We mentioned that we felt downgraded for complaining about the first room, so we were moved again on the third night, and were very happy with the location of our third room. There was a jacuzzi near our room that was never hot. We would have loved to be able to enjoy it, but it was far too cold to sit in. Overall, the facility was nice, just seemed to need a little better maintenance in a few areas.

My second time there - fantastic location with views of Marina and the beach north side of the Cabo arch is so much quieter. Incredibly photogenic. Facilities as clean & in good repair as any I’ve seen. Grounds keeping is artistic/exceptional. Pool layouts are superb!!! Staff/service are exceptional. Great sustainability program. You just don’t see waste!

I thought food selection (menu?) wasn’t as good this time around (exception is breakfast at Don Diego. Can’t really comment on entertainment/pool activities as I prefer the quiet/relaxing route.
