We absolutely loved the location. The pool was lovely and the outside grounds kept well. The bed was large and very comfortable.The staff were amazing and very friendly, they were very quick to respond to anything we asked for. The restaurant was great we had the breakfast package and the food was fabulous. The restaurant stuff went above and beyond as well.

The hotel/suites are very dated and need renovations and a good paint job. There were no comfortable chairs to sit on. The curtains were very dated and not hanging properly it wouldn't take much to either fix them up or put in new ones. The bathroom really needs renovations and to be updated, ie new toilets, sink, and shower stalls. Also, it took a very long time for the water to get hot and when in the shower temperatures varied. Also, we were staying there using it as a suite as it has a kitchen. There were no supplies, nothing at all. We asked them and they quickly brought us two of everything along with a very small frying pan. In my opinion the suites should be well stocked.

Room was comfortable, King bed, airy, clean. Small balcony with no room for chairs but good view and the property has a nice common area around the pool with plenty of places to sit in the shade. We paid 140 pesos for an awesome breakfast. Hotel owner/staff were very friendly and the property feels secure and quiet and offers free parking.

Pool is small, more of a place to cool off than actually swim. Digital keypad lock for rooms was a bit finicky. Our room on the third floor needed some upgrading but in fairness everything worked fine.

All the facilities were excellent. Supermarket is just opposite the hotel. Bus stop is also close to hotel. Breakfast was included and super excellent. All the staff were so good. We loved them.

It's little far from the san lucas. But the bus service is frequently available to reach there. kitchen utensils were not properly available. We asked the staff for kitchen utensils and they provided it.

Very good location, 10 minutes to the beach, couple of super market around. Close to tourist attraction. 30 minutes walk to downtown. Very calm and nice surroundings. Really good breakfast, better when a lot of options around.

Nice location off the beach but close. Everything you need within a 5min walk. Rooms and pool area was good. The little breakfast restaurant was pretty good, it was included otherwise we would have tried different places. Big supermarket across the street with everything like a Walmart.

Can be noisy with incoming planes nearby and traffic out front at times was loud. Kitchenettes need to be better stocked with supplies already in your room when you arrive, not chasing down staff for it days later. Pool could have been warmer but sufficed when needing to cool off. Two different sports teams booked in for wknd and it was really loud when they were there running around, screaming and slamming doors, would suggest in future better to isolate them to certain buildings.

Location is the best part! walking distance to great restaurants and bars and down town. Room is nice and the beds super comfy and across the street you have two supermarkets, two golf courses, big parking lot and is very quiet and safe area. Breakfast was included in our package and the food was delicious. Everybody is very friendly and happy to help you with any request or questions. Thank you to Emilio and Abigail from the front desk and Paola at the restaurant who make our stay better!

Internet was a little slow sometimes (at least in our room) so if you are for vacation is fine but if you traveling for work be aware of this.

Beds were very comfortable, room was much larger than expected with a separate kitchen table and chairs, bathroom clean, though soaps, shampoos etc need refills. We also had a very small courtyard with two chairs. Great location to restaurants and beach

In my room, I would prefer the water bottles being placed in the fridge not in the bathroom. Who wants to drink warm water? The breakfast was included with my stay but only one item from the menu and one drink. For example: If I wanted coffee and orange juice I had to pay extra for the juice. Same goes for food items. Upon arrival I had items missing in my room: coffee maker, coffee cups, safe key, blow drier, water bottles) Had to ask for everything - but it was given to me the same day or by next day the latest. I wish they provided more towels in the room + the pool towels. I was lucky I brought my own beach towels so I used those by the pool. Towels in the room were also very old, rough and even torn or had holes. The hotel should invest in this.

I missed my second flight because the first one was late, so I arrived here the next day, and the hotel gave me a free night, so I didn't lose money. I think the hotel staff are very honest and friendly! And the rooms are very large, the beds are comfortable and the prices are very reasonable! I recommend it here!

It's a little cold at night in this season (March), I wake up in the night.

The location is perfect, it's right across the supermarkets and not far away from downtown. It is easy to catch the bus to los cabos.

In the photos it looked like it had fully equipped kitchen but it only has a microwave and the pool was just too cold to get into it.
