Everything Great Buffet Breakfast! Eduardo C and his team at Breakfast were fantastic! Mesquite restaurant on the beach was lovely and Aldo and team made sure I had a great Birthday dinner. The Pools are Beautiful and generally quiet and the pool staff esp Jorge and Miguel were very attentive. Pool chairs were comfortable and with good shade or sun if you choose. Room was lovely, new, clean and the bed linens and bed were top quality and very comfortable. Large TV and Nespresso machine appreciated. Check in and out was seamless and they respected our Hilton Honors Diamond status even though we booked via Bookings. Loved the Byredo bath products. Well run Beautiful Hotel. The price can be steep. But we thoroughly recommend it and woukd love to return.

The loud DJ and pool party they had on Sunday ( believe this was just for a private wedding group) That the CodeX restaurant was closed for 2 nights of our stay for private functions. There are alot of weddings here…

It is situated in the beautiful Punta de Mita and has a gorgeous stretch of beachfront property. The resort is truly special in every aspect. The landscape is stunning and the pools were beautifully designed to be a focal point of the beach. The food at all the restaurants were amazing especially Cotex was truly remarkable! The staff in all areas could not have been more attentive they went well above our expectations. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a wonderful experience.

An Amazing property Staff are beyond caring for you to have a peaceful stay, everything was what i needed, rest, stop and rejuvinate. The spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous but the two restaurants i tried, (not the high end one) were ok... mexico is world class food level and it can come in the form of a quesadilla or a fish dish, simple but tastie. But im a foodie so you asked the wrong person.....The staff the staff AMAZING in the restuarants, so happy to help. Thank you

The property is absolutely stunning. The beach was super private, the resort was spacious and gorgeous. All of the pools were lovely, and the restaurants and bars could not be more scenic. The staff really went above and beyond to take care of us! Everyone was especially accommodating to our two little ones. The drinks were pricy, but they were GOOD.

We had a lovely room on the beach, and had issues with crabs coming in under the door at night when there was a storm. Eventually we started putting towels down along the door, but the larger crabs started knocking on the doors, which was both a little creepy and funny. Because the food at the Restaurants was so excellent, I considered the room service food to be lacking. We wished there were more Mexican dishes on the menu, as we really didn’t want spaghetti on the beach in Mexico. But honestly, neither of these issues were really a problem. We loved this place!

we booked a massage for 2, we were told when we went there that we could use the pool and spa, we did not have swimming suits with us so we asked if we could come the next day for the jacuzzi/pool since it was already 7pm. we were told we had to pay for a whole day, even if we were gonna use the jacuzzi for 30 mins maximum and only because we did not have our swimming suits the day before. I thought it could have been handled differently.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly from the concierge, to the restaurant staff, to all the poolside staff. Foods are good. A little pricey but quality is good. Room was spacious, clean.

2 out of 6 nights when we were there we found the party music was a little too loud and the parties went on till 11:00pm on both nights . There were also guests smoked in the room and the cigarette smell got into our room which was not pleasant .

The entrance to the rooms in the left wing (if you look toward the ocean) are opposite of another Hotel. While this seems fine, there are large ventilators and AC noises from this other hotel making it impossible to sleep with open windows. We moved to the right wing and this was a great experience.

the rooms, pools, outdoor areas in general and overall location was beautiful and well taken care of. staff was more than accommodating.

food was nothing special. this hotel is about an hour from Puerto Vallarta - one way - and its restaurants. as a guest here, you are somewhat “trapped” with what the property offers to eat. Hilton needs to take a look at menus and kick it up a notch! pretty bland and all the restaurants basically served the same foods with slight variations.

We loved the location, the beach is incredible. We would definitely come back for the beach. The food was good too. We loved our experience at the restaurant Codex. I just wished the food was more authentic. It's very americanized.
