WE did not get the room we booked for the first night as none were available. We were put in a king suite on the ground floor and in the back of the hotel. We received a king suite on the 6th floor starting the second night, but it had no jetted hot tub. The hotel will not guarantee you get what you paid for no matter what your booking company tells you. We lost a whole day waiting for a decent room and the hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this reservation!

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The onsite restaurants are nice and the food is usually good. The service around the pool is exceptional and the wait staff are very friendly.

We had to be moved to another room when a rainfall came down through our kitchen ceiling! The staff was nice about it but it definitely was a bad issue and having to move was an inconvenience. However, our new room had a better view and was in even better condition,

Iris at the breakfast buffet was really loud & overbearing toward us, rudely pointing out a slight deviation from proper protocol but it was our first day there & we didn't understand the rules yet, nor the layout of the property. We largely avoided the breakfast buffet after that ugly exchange even though we had paid extra in advance to include breakfast for two for a full week.

The location was good and close to the marina. The beach was small but easily accessible. We had a Grand Suite which was plenty roomy for us.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use a refreshing. It would be nicer if one of the bedrooms in the grand suites had 2 beds instead of 1 king. This would be especially helpful for families traveling with children.

Loved the location near the Marina. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our long weekend, kitchen had a full refrigerator, oven range stove, toaster, blender, and all essentials for cooking. Living room was spacious and had a nice dining table to enjoy our meals. Our adjoining bedroom was also spacious and comfortable and the two bathrooms were great because we were with our boy. The sofa bed was also very comfortable for my son. We enjoyed the pools and the clean beaches, food was good burgers, pizza’s and chicken strips with a side of guacamole and chips. Cocktails were also good.

I didn’t like that breakfast isn’t included, but it wasn’t that bad since our room had a full kitchen and dining area. Other than that everything was very pleasant.

i fell down on theoutside stairs at night bc it waa not lit and no one cared -3 peoplle and yea they would lookinto it -nada!

Slow check in and no water or tea or coffee provided in the rooms. Paid for breakfast (wasn’t included) and the breakfast staff were unavailable most of the time.

This property would have gotten the highest rating were it not for what happened immediately after check in . I didn’t realize this is a time share property . I really dislike when properties want to take 90 minutes of my vacation time for a sales pitch. What I dislike even more is when they get pushy. No thank you means no thank you . I don’t like repeating myself. Outside of that we had a great stay .
