A nice, clean, and modern property. The suite was huge and the heated pool was amazing.

I travel all the time and it's usually possible to arrange early check ins or late check outs, but staff at this hotel didn't allow it. A 4 PM check-in time is unreasonable. Though it's near the marina, it's really not BY the marina (it's actually an airport hotel). Potential customers may want to take note of this.

Beds were very comfortable and we liked having a selection of pillows! The walk-in shower and extra space on the bathroom vanity were great. Location was very close to the airport and we really appreciated the shuttle early in the morning. We left before the breakfast buffet was available so can't comment on it.

Didn't care for the bottled water that was supplied with the room so we ended up buying our own. Would have preferred drinking glasses instead of paper cups (which leaked!)

The hotel was in a great location. It was clean. It had washers/dryers available to do laundry free of charge. Big beautiful lobby and a spacious restaurant where we had an amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and so very helpful. The shower was massive.

It seemed unprofessional that they had someone polishing the stairs during business hours. Though the hotel smelled amazing walking into the lobby, there was an underlying unpleasant smell as well. When we checked in to our room, the room smelled very stuffy. The room should have been aired out prior to guest arrival. This was an upgraded room. After airing it out for an hour, it was fine. But first impressions are everything. The pool was closed for maintenance. The bedding looked decent, but the duvet cover was made of polyester. It looks pretty, but terrible when sleeping. The covers should be replaced with high end cotton for a better sleep.

The hotel is very well located . The marina is just across the road, with many little restaurants and shops , a very lively area and very safe. You can hop on a bus across the street and it will bring you after 2 stops to the first shopping center , next few stops to the other ones ,all the way down town. It has a pool so you can hang around there as well.

4G tower right next door, but they are all over the place in Vallarta, sadly. Hopefully no 5G will be installed as the radiation levels will totally go out of the roof and it will be very hard to escape from it.

From the moment you walk in it smells like a spa, love it. Quick and efficient checkin, gorgeous room and bed, slept like a rock. We had a few hours after checkout and were good enough to safely store our bags. Had a great stay.

They have wooden legged chair's, when you move them they make a loud sound against the tavertine floor. So you hear it from the upstairs and next door neighbors rooms when they move them. Irritating especially at 2 am or 6 am. Otherwise ok

The service and breakfast the how clean it was and the view we had was amazing.

I had surgery and was there for recovery but we had to fight for the doctor and the therapist to see me cause they wouldn’t allow them to our room but when they allowed them to see me it was really good.

I made a reservation for a price. And they charged me $ 1,600.00 pesos twice for breakfast for 4 days.I am very unhappy ☹️

I booked this hotel kind of late for a stay in the high-season, so it wasn't in Puerto Vallarta Centro or Zona Romantica, but for that reason it was a more affordable option. The facility itself is a terrific value, very clean, nice rooms, nice pool for lounging and a really exceptional breakfast buffet that you can add to your stay. The staff working the breakfast area was so pleasant, I began to look forward to the daily interactions with them. The breakfast itself is extensive and well worth adding to your stay with American and Mexican style options and so much to choose from. As far as getting to the heart of Puerto Vallarta, it's easy to take local buses, which run constantly, stop right out front and only cost about 50 cents each way. In addition the airport is only 5 or 10 minutes away, literally it is possible to walk to it. We enjoyed ourselves here; it's clean and comfortable with a terrific staff. The Puerto Vallarta Marina is across the street and is very nice on it's own, with a number of shops and restaurants and sometimes an outdoor market in the evening selling food and other things. I think this place is worth considering if you don't want to pay Zona Romantica prices.

Due to the pandemic, I think, the concierge station wasn't staffed, so we didn't have that handy resource for local information or to field questions. I think we weren't as well-informed as we could have been about area around the hotel, although over several days we got out and explored. We totally missed, for example, that Camarones Beach was nearby and in walking distance.

Jose Luis the bartender at the pool was probably the best bar tender we have ever been served by. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He truly made the stay worth it, he would go into detail about the drinks he was making and make delicious cocktails. He would be the reason I go back.

Incident with other hotel guests that insisted on harassing my wife and I.
