We really liked the amenities, our kids had so much fun. The babies club was great for our little one, he loved it there. All of the staff throughout the resort were so friendly and helpful. The location was also great, very easy to get a taxi to/from anywhere, and not too far of a ride to the airport. Also, they put on an excellent New Years Eve party and feast. The rooms and the overall facility aren't the newest and shiniest, but you can see that it's kept very clean and that they are making improvements. If your looking for high class fancy resort this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for a fun family resort with excellent staff then this place is great :)

The buffet options were very good plenty to choose from. 3?fine restaurants with French, Japanese & Italian food. You will need to make reservations at 9am and be fast they get booked within in 5 minutes.

Building is old will be needing a restoration very soon to update. The jacuzzi had bubble heat pump broken for couple of were toll by a maintenance staff??

We loved the kids area. It was really nice for the kids, they even have a zip line that my Daughter was really surprised to find in here and they let her use it twice, you have to sign a waiver though. The breakfast was really delicious! They have different Mexican food to enjoy. The view was great! Our room faced the kids area and behind we even were able to see the ocean, we were on the fourth floor that faced the front Beach. Their staff was excellent!! The front desk explained everything, hours and all the activities that they have for the kids. My daughter enjoyed the show at night, it was Saturday. Walking distance to the beach, and they have a bar there. The room was very clean, the furniture, had some wears and treas but nothing that bothered us. We definitely will come back!

As other reviews mentioned, the food at dinner time was not good.. the majority of the food was not tasty, and the options were basically the same but with different presentations. They have a section for the kids and my daughter even noticed that the food was not good. She didn't like the pizza that never fails, but this time it did. Different story on the breakfast though!

The staff are so nice. They really go out of their way to be helpful and friendly and get to know you. We love the infinity pool and the activities and the evening shows. The food is good and plentiful!

Sometimes some of the areas around the pool can get a little messy. The beach has some trash. But overall, the facilities are nice.

I had my two children with me and there was always something for them to do, also the food on offer was great for all of us

Checking in was pretty bad, We were in a lineup for almost 2 hours and the heat was so bad my son started feeling very unwell. Once we got to check in the staff explained the problem’s clearly

Food is delicious and very varied, you can literally eat at a different restaurant every evening and not get bored. Their menus are small, but nothing we had we disliked. The buffets were pretty outstanding for an all-inclusive, there was never a shortage of food, and everything was made fresh (buffet in the lobby of Golden side always has a chef making something fresh like omelets, tacos, burritos, etc). The rooms are clean and simple, but you don't spend much time there so long as the bed is comfortable we were happy. The unsung hero is the rooftop bar and pool, and Trafalgar bar - both not busy when we went and perfect places to hang out for a drink without crowds. The staff at the resort are courteous and will try to help you whenever they can, we were very grateful to the "Captains" at the restaurants for accommodating our family in different room reservations when online booking wasn't working properly (asked them before the restaurant opens for the evening).

Getting access to the Golden (adult) side of the resort if you're staying at Club was difficult, you have to buy a separate wrist band for around $20/day. (same amenities). You also can't reserve online spots at restaurants except at Club, but Golden members can reserve on both sides of the resort, which caused quite some hassle with family members staying at both sides. I wish the resort would upgrade their online dining reservations system. Also don't lose your towel card, they seem quite draconian in not wanting any beach towel losses so you'll get charged if you misplace it.

Awesome helpful staff, they go above and beyond to help a customer and never give no as an answer. The way the resort is spread, every single room has an awesome view. Food is available everywhere and no lines even though the resort was totally booked. they have excellent management and can handle masses of customers. waiters are there no matter where you sit waiting to assist you. The resort and the entire place is amazingly clean despite the number of people. staff is cleaning constantly everywhere. this was one of my best vacation, no complaints and I have been all over the world. my daughters has a blast as well

Breakfast was lovely and the freshly made omelettes a big hit.pool areas nice and always plenty of sun beds.good choice of bars and drinks good quality. Very good family resort.evening shows very good standard.they re filled your fridge every day which is a nice touch.the staff work very hard to keep you happy.

Evening food in the buffet restaurant was very poor.not much selection and sometimes cold.Italian a la cart not very good either but the Japanese and French restaurant made up for it.easy to book restaurants if you make sure you book them around 9 every morning. We stayed in room 401 the balcony was awful so tiny and bad views.you couldn’t barely stand out there.would pay extra to have a bigger one next time.only plus thing is you could see different cruise ships coming in most mornings

This place is perfect for kids. My son can't wait to go back. The kids pool was the highlight for him (5yrs old) The room was comfortable, The food was pretty good. Drinks were good. They even have a blended drink menu for kids with fun named drinks. The buffet was basic but fine for us and the kids liked it. We ate at the asian restaurant. It was easy to get a reservation as long as you did it in the morning. Restaurant food wasn't bad but certainly not super high quality food. The snack bar by the beach was really convienent. There was a free latin dance show at the venue accross the street, it's a nightclub but it was family friendly and my son loved it.

I would only stay here with children. It's Definitely catered to familes with children. This isn't a 5 star resort, you get what you pay for.
