This is a great hotel. It is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, far from the noisy bars. The building is older but very well taken care of. Wifi was good, air conditioning worked well and is needed in PV. Showers have hot water (remember though hot and cold taps are reversed). Breakfast was simple yogurt, fruit, granola and coffee, and you can buy an omelet with beans for 80 or 90 pesos. The staff are very nice. We were able to check in early, leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out and they even upgraded our room. It's a 10 min walk to the water, and then another 10 or so minutes to the nicer beaches.

The staff is very friendly. They allowed me to check in early and check out late without any additional charge. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures.

I did not like the stairs. After a few days, I got used to going up and down the stairs. The location was a little inconvenient for me. The neighborhood had some hills, and it was difficult to walk around.

Very friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. I left my phone in the room and other small valuables, very safe. Neighbourhood quaint, with small amenities around it. Full hour walk to the beach but most days very beautiful weather so I dont mind at all. Free breakfast of seasonal fruit, yogurt, and oats, and hot breakfast available at very lost. Very economical, and I'll stay there again with another friend another time :)

It's pretty far from the beach, but me personally I don't mind a long walk to start off the day.

This place is located north of the main part of the city and is really a area more of locals which I like. It is simple but has a nice little restaurant downstairs and they provide a simple breakfast. The area is close to Lopez Mateos and is very safe. I recommend their restaurant as well had the Happy Lobster which is nearby.

It is a value hotel so it is simple and I had no big expectations so nothing I did not like. No TV if that matters too you. Internet was good and I was able to use my computer.

The breakfast was perfect, mixed fruit. I actually missed breakfast, but when I went to check out, the lady at the desk insisted I have something before leaving. I chose a fruit bowl. It was delicious. I was having difficulty getting my uber app to work. She took over with her phone and BAM, I had a ride in 3 minutes. Really, I can't say enough about how much I loved this hotel and the family who runs it! If you are looking for elegance, this place is not for you. However, if you are like me and personal attention to the necessities is what you are looking for, this is the place!

There’s Is nothing that I did not like about the property. It’s a simple place but they have a nice little restaurant downstairs and Location is a little bit out-of-the-way from the tourist areas but very close to the beach and lots of other things.. If you prefer a big resort with a swim up pool bar this might not be for you. If you want a comfortable place to stay in a nice area and want to place with a good price, this might be your jam

It is nice that they include coffee and a fruit plate as part of the room cost. I stayed in a simple room however notice that they have other, and bigger options. I may stay in a one bedroom suite next time. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the local store and restaruant Langosta Feliz. Not to mention street vendors, head across the road near the Kiosko. I also liked their rooftop area. Great views and relaxing spot.

A pool on the rooftop would be epic however it was still and enjoyable spot.

I prefer the slightly out of the way location. It is quiet but easy to walk to the beach, to town or the Malecon. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also serve a light breakfast till 11.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly on arrival. The place has a welcoming feeling. The rooms are basic but clean and quaint. A continental breakfast was included in the price. Which was great. A freshly made fruit bowl was offered with a selection of freshly cut fruit yogurt, granola and honey. Also bread, coffee and juice. I had that, and also order some eggs with beans and bacon which was very good. Two families were in the breakfast room while I was there and so there was a nice family feeling. The building itself is well looked after and has a nice vibe. A nice family hotel to stay in. Recommended.

I came to Puerto Vallarta to run UTMB Puerto Vallarta 100k. The owner of the place was humble and took care of all my needs. I was tired and she gave me a glass coke and breakfast included the following days. I will keep coming here for the exceptional customer service. Gracias.
