Great location very friendly and accommodating host. Been coming to PV for 30 years and luv staying in Old Town. It can be a little noisy but that's part of the charm. If you're looking for a convenient, easy, reasonable place to stay without all the amenities of a big resort this is ideal. There is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking if required.

The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the beach and the attached restaurant is world class. (try the duck !! ) The room was quiet and spotlessly clean .Everything needed was provided.
The unpleasant odour from the bathroom was not masked by the automatic air freshener. Could be easily corrected by a rubber cover on the shower drain or install an exhaust fan.

Apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable.
The possibility of not being able to check in with staff. I prefer a front-desk and someone I can reach at any moment. Location needs to update door locks to digital instead of worrying of misplacing key.

Loved the location and facilities. Literally steps away from the beach and restaurants. Even has a restaurant downstairs that you can get a discount for. Also gives you a discount at Sapphire Beach club.
Couldn't get the television to work but that was minor.

The bed was soft, clean and wonderful. The shower was good water pressure.
Banging (noise) early in the morning from workmen working on the other side of the wall of our room, TV did not work properly No soft sofa to sit on

location was great, the suite was huge and well appointed, discount use of the Sapphire beach club was also a plus
It didn’t bother me, but if you go to bed early, make sure to get an inside suite because there are bars in the area

If you are looking to being close to the action this is it! While it is very loud on the streets at night, the bedroom we were in was on the top floor and in the back of the apt so you could not hear any of the noise which was great. Pretty spacious place with a nice kitchenette.
WIFI was very average, didn't receive a welcome packet on upon arrival (which you will need to operate the safe properly). TV worked sometimes.

clean ,quiet room with kitchen. Great location ,only minutes to beach.
definitely needs better lighting at the entrance and just inside the front door. Unpleasant odour in the bathroom was not helped by the air freshener.

The room was very clean in a great location. The staff was very pleasant.
Our room was on the 4th floor and a lift would have made it perfect. Also, our tv was not operating adequately and we kept the same channel on at all times.
