I liked the room, the decoration. It seems to me that it was really Mexican. The view if you have a room with view on the sea. Even the partial view is nice.

Some clients are leaving their towel on long seats facing the swimming pool. Just to keep their seats. I saw some seats with towels empty most of the day, then for example a woman came to seat on her seat for maybe 1 hour. Firstly these people are selfish and also the direction of the Hotel doesn't do anything. I hated this.

Perfect location all around. Nice beach area and never had an issue getting a chair/umbrella. While rooms are a bit basic this is a great location for the price!

Everything was great. As noted, some rooms are a bit dated but if you aren’t planning to spend much time in the rooms, no problem. A/C is not always super strong but kept the room decently cool in the hot season!

Centrally located at the heart of Romantic Zone. Large pool complex allows guests to spread out. We enjoyed a lot of time in the adults-only front pool with full view of the beach and boardwalk. The room had strong air conditioning and a nice balcony with a beach view. Staff was consistently pleasant and attentive. Very good housekeeping with a daily restock of bottled water.

The room was ready for a remodel. The bathroom was small enough for the door to catch on the toilet seat when closing the door. We quickly tired of the buffet options and really only utilized them for breakfast, which was admittedly the best meal service.

Location was good-right in the middle of everything. Walk out one door and you are in the middle of the city, walk out the other door and you are right at the beach. LOTS of good restaurants in walking distance. The pools were very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Staff was very nice.

I think I was downgraded to a smaller room. Even though I didn't need the second bed, I thought the room should cost less. Also, the quality of the workmanship of the room wasn't great. There was a big gap between the door jam and the wall. The neigborhood was a bit noisy, but that's because so much was going on.

It was close to everything!

I love the location close to a nice beach lots of activities to do at the beach. Their restaurant is excellent. Love the pool n bar they have next to the pool. Love my stay made it so accessible to restaurant in area. My kids enjoy everything ❤️ I’ll be back again 😊

The rooms are very small but we hardly in our room didn’t really affect us until bedtime. Have to say their Patio have beautiful view to the ocean.

It was the perfect central place to stay, close to restaurants, taxis, and of course, the beach!

Like any beach club, it was too easy for people to reserve a beach chair with their towel for as long as they wanted even though they weren't using it. I hope one day that the staff will be able to remove towels after 3 hours if the chairs are not being used so others can enjoy them.

Excellent location to walk around the city. and to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable, beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel doesn't have a parking but they helped us on where to park our car for free. They offered 10% discount on a mar y vino restaurant it was delicious and beautiful. The pool exclusive for adults temperature is perfect. One elevator was dirty, I let them know and cleaned immediately. Hotel is so close to the beach you can hear the waves sounds from your room, very relaxing. They gave us daily free water bottles in our room fridge.

The internet connection is unstable.

Location was great, loved the vibe and restaurant on site, nice beach in front and you are in the heart of the romantic zone. Good breakfast buffet.

Rooms a little bit tired but we liked the style, it’s kind of 1970s Mexican. Lots of families and kids so was quite noisy, great for families but if you want an adults only vibe don’t stay here.

One of the few hotels in the middle of the old town with direct access to the beach. Love the easy access to old town and great restaurants . One of the most amazing taco places just across the street and you need to stay in a que. But it is worth it .

Well, this is just me, so do not quote me on this : I prefer to go to town for breakfast. Not a fan of the standard buffets
