Very stylish decor, clean and well-maintained, comfortable bed. Beautiful lobby & restaurant in hotel -- excellent food with good value for money. Loved that hotel was less expensive than airport hotels, but still was high quality and only a 10 minute ride (on a FREE shuttle) to airport. Bonus -- had access to shopping mall from 10am to 10pm, which was also clean and well maintained, mid-range priced shops and convenience stores, with a movie theatre and a Starbucks.

Not really a walkable area to find restaurants or shops outside of the mall. We didn't look for a taxi to get to a nice restaurant since we were leaving early the next morning.

Attached to a mall so was easy to find food and change money when needed. Also had free shuttle to the airport and a cheap shuttle to the F1 race.

Our heat didn't work on our room. We asked repeatedly for a couple days to get it fixed. They kept telling us they would send someone up but never did. Finally got tired of asking. 20+ minute walk to nearest metro station.

I was able to sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet. I did hear a child running upstairs in the early morning hours. I was given two key cards which was good since the first one stays in the room to keep the lights on.

The morning driver didn't bother to help me with my bags. The silver hand soap holder by the sink was dirty. The morning receptionist was new. I asked for a receipt. She didn't know how to give me a receipt. It took 30 min for the shuttle driver to pick me up from the airport.

The entrance after the plaza was closed, you had to go through a far away door and it gets scary with everything off and closed. It would have been great if the staff would warn you about it when you make check in, we came up very late in the night and were absolutely lost about how to access the hotel when everything seemed closed.

a/c wasnt working fine, well wasnt chilling. Temperature was stuck, but i was so tired to contact reception over night. The next day I notify reception clerk about the issue; well it was my fault not raising the hand and get it fixed asap.

There was water from the shower coming outside the shower. There was no fridge or coffee maker.

Shuttle to and from the airport, the assistance given, the staff were all professional, the room was as the pictures advertised. The shopping mall is super close, the breakfast was good great place.

The room was very nice. The shuttle from the airport was good once I found out how to access it and the location was great. An excellent value.

Communication from the hotel on how to access the shuttle was horrible. There should be info on the web site that there is an office in the airport and it would have been so easy. You have done all the work, but do not communicate.

Staff are super friendly, helpful and there when you need them. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of vegan options at breakfast but no alternative milk options. The location is great for the airport and has a free shuttle service.

We had dinner at the restaurant, plenty of vegan options but the food wasn't well cooked but the staff were great and helpful. The TV in he room has no Netflix options, not much to watch.

clean, spacious room, spacious shower. fast transfer early in the morning.

at night you need to enter from the garage in the mall, there was no indication or sign for it, nor people. we had to ask a security person from the mall to understand what we had to do in order to reach the hotel. for the price breakfast should be included.
