The location is great just outside Mexico City Airport, with free shuttle bus taking us there from the airport. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast as we had to leave early for our morning flight, but the hotel packed our breakfast, even though small and basic, it was wonderful.

We stayed overnight so we could walk from concert at Foro Del Sol - the hotel was absolutely perfect. Very safe, short walk and we didn't have to struggle with transportation leaving the venue. The restaurant was open 24 hours, breakfast was very good, the beds are large and comfortable, service was excellent.

Room: The room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The coffee was particularly excellent. Bed: The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and supportive pillows. We had a restful night's sleep.

The ice machine was empty on the first night, which was a bit inconvenient. It seemed like someone else had finished it before we could get any. I asked for a glass of ice at breakfast, but they said they didn't have any.

The reception staff is amazing: very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, hot shower with excellent water pressure, and a coffeemaker. Exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn Express hotels. Location is good for travelling into/out of Benito Juarez International Airport.

Breakfast was surprisingly disappointing. At the time I arrived, several hot items had not been refilled, and others were tasty but barely warm. There was also a limited selection of teas and juices.

I am happy the hotel is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Glad there is a free of charge for printing service. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

I dropped a mail about my arrival for the shuttle. 2x. I stayed twice this hotel this month. No answer. If you are a tourist and you have no local phone you can not let them know about the arrival and they do not know they need to pick you up. Need an airport shuttle TIMETABLE and also a sign WHERE IS THE PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT (termial, gate 4).

comfortable and clean. staff very helpful. didn't have breakfast as it wasn't available when we left. we were offered a bag lunch which was nice (though it was an apple, a yogurt and a juice a sandwich would have been nice)

note that shuttle to airport can only be arranged on the hour. no dining options within walking distance. would be nice to have coffee available in lobby 24/7 given that it is an airport hotel. taxi to historic area was 55usd each way which seemed very high.

The rooms were very contemporary, quality feeling and with comfortable beds. The strangest thing we found was the multitude of lighting switches, must have been 10 different ones for all the various lights around the room and bathroom. Once we figured them all out, it was fine. The breakfast was excellent and it was nice having the flexibility of it being served all the way to late morning. The hotel was fairly near the airport in a commercial area with a few restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We had a first floor, corner room which was quite noisy from all the street noise. In the instructions to call a van pickup up the airport, it provided a whatsapp number to call, only that number is no longer being used. So be sure to call the regular phone number. The van ride back to the airport was easy and trouble free.

We went to Corona Capital 2022 and it was only about 10 minutes walking ! Consider this as an option since taxis during the event days were around $800 Mexican pesos (40USD) for short distance

The rooms are spacious and nice. They offer great service like complimentary breakfast, free airport shuttle, and late check out.

The hotel itself is very noisy. You can hear everything from your neighbors or any noise coming from the hallways. That might be out of their control but just something to keep in mind when booking your stay.

The room is a great size as are the adjoining toilets/bathroom. The staff is excellent, very professional and extremely helpful.I found all staff to be hardworking and diligent. A big thanks to Omar for his attentiveness and excellent customer service approach. Breakfast is great with lots of variety and all fresh. The restaurant has a great menu and wonderful-tasting food. The security staff at front of the building are very attentive and willing to help out whenever required.

Public transport is a bit problematic, but a big bus service 10 min walk to Goma Metro Bus station or you can take an UBER rather than a local taxi but always check the route taken. Greater English speaking skills for staff would be an added bonus but translation app helped out.
