The room was clean and spacious 😌

We brought many suitcases, and we didn't get any help lifting them...the staff were just looking at us while we transported 6 suitcases up those stairs at the entrance. It was pretty weird. We didn't get any help either putting them downstairs the day of our checkout. Another point was that the room was too cold at night, and the blanket they had in the room wasn't enough to keep us warm 😔 the towels could be updated as they were pretty worn-out.

A very nice value for money. Location is close to the center (15 mins walk), though the district is not the best looking. The rooms are spacious, clean, and new. There was a desk in the room that was essential for me as I was working remotely during our trip. And the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We had a room that was facing the street, but it was too loud, and I had troubles sleeping. Luckily, the staff was able to change a room for us. Another problem in both of the rooms I noticed – it was too cold at night, and there was no air conditioner or heater. We also didn't like the breakfast, it was exactly the same each day and pretty poor, and there were huge waiting lines for it and for the coffee.

Great modern hotel, good breakfast, easy Uber to airport ($109. peso and 15 minutes). or metro station near by .Perfect location , 2 block walk to Garabaldi Plaza with many bars, lots of food options,, oxxo, and Mariachis. Large quiet, clean room with very comfortable beds, and best blackout curtains ever. 24 hour check in and security, great staff

My husband and I have already spent two nights at this hotel, and we have extended our stay for an additional two nights. Although the hotel's location is not ideal, as it is not very close to the historical district, it is still easily accessible through public transportation, such as buses and the metro. If walking isn't your preference, the metro is a convenient option. When we initially booked our stay for two nights, we were attracted by the very reasonable room rates, despite the hotel's location not being in the central historical area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade to a spacious room with two queen beds, as well as complimentary breakfast. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of our accommodations. The breakfast was good, although the options were the same every day. After spending two nights at the hotel, we realized that traveling to the historical district and other locations wasn't too far, so we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. The hotel's WiFi was also fast, which was essential as we still had work to do during our stay.

The mattress was too firm for me.

Not ideal location but good value for money. It's a few minutes walk to a metro station. There is a bus stop nearby too. Our room rate included two breakfasts. We stayed two nights and then extended another two nights, for a total of 4 nights there. The room rate at our time of booking was great. The breakfast was almost the same everyday. It's of good quality but I wish the hotel could have some different items everyday or at least every two days. The staff were very polite. Our room and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. Daily house keeping was included but we asked to opt out of the service. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle even when we're traveling.

I wish there were more breakfast items to choose from daily.

Location, close to historic location and restaurants, clean rooms. Parking.

When we arrive at the location, the hotel has some issues to provide the rooms, and we have to help them minimize customers' upset because the service desk guy, was overwhelmed what was happening to get the rooms ready, after a couple hours all issue's were resolved.

The room is a great size with a big open window letting in lots of natural light. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are very helpful. I was able to work from the room using the WiFi with no issues. The gym is small but well equipped.

A water fountain rather than replenishing small plastic bottles would be preferred.

Everything was great! Big, comfy rooms with all the amenities. Very clean. Basic but nice breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. Good WiFi. Located near subway station and walking distance from historic city centre. There was no air-conditioning but there was a very strong fan that was more that enough!

Low water pressure in the shower. Location was perfectly safe during the day and until early night, but probably wouldn't feel safe walking there alone late at night. Kinda noisy if your room faces the main road.

This was my third stay in this hotel in one month - twice with my spouse and the last one with my child. Great price, convenient location (close to metro and bus stations, 15-20 walks to the central historical area). My rate included breakfasts for two people. My room was quiet, spacious, and very clean.

It would be nice to change their breakfast items daily - got bored by eating almost the same thing every morning.

Alejandro night staff was very kind and courtesy, he assisted about changing room when we needed and provided Aspirin when my kids needed it. He took time to explain to guests and handled the crowded. Key cards are solid. Location is near the markets, subway and bus stops.

My cellphone was pickpocketted in the Big famous street markets nearby that has built since 1957 in broad daylight. So it means the location is not quite safe.
