The hotel sits right in the middle of a small park, so it was surrounded by threes and a calm atmosphere. It has its private parking and it is always monitored. One of the rooms we were assigned to had an amazing 180° view of the city and nearby hills. This room was a bit chilly but heating worked just fine. The other room was always incredibly warm and cozy. There was a fair nearby but it wasn't a problem in any way. In each floor there are cookies and coffee for the grabs and on our floor we also had a communal puzzle. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and an open air terrace, all offer good service and food in generous quantities, prices are also decent. There was a pool, but Morelia can get cold in winter, so maybe better leave it for the summer. The area is well located, incredibly safe, quiet, and there are at least 2 shopping centers (restaurants, bars, super, coffe shops, banks) just around the corner. The city center is like 15 to 20 min by cab, but we preferred to remain in the premises, which was incredible. Correlation price-value was definitely worth it. Good for family trips and to have a good rest.

The installations were a bit outdated, and there was just one elevator with limited capacity, but nothing to worry about.

The staff are extremely friendly and keep the hotel very clean. The hotel is set well back from the main road, making for no road noise. Plenty of parking and parklands around the hotel. Liked the complimentary cookies, yum!

I wasn't too keen on the daily, extremely noisy 8 am aerobics class that happened in the park just outside of the hotel. The music is loud and frantic for that time of the morning! The pillows on the beds could be softer/more varied.

Excellent buffet breakfast and very easy, available and safe free parking. Very clean rooms and very friendly cleaning staff. Good price for very clean comfortable rooms.

Bathrooms ok but starting to show their age. Our shower was very good but my kids' shower not very good. Location is a bit far from the center of town but not an issue for us. This is a large hotel which tends to have large convention groups.

The location is perfect for us, coming from Uruapan and needing to be near Soledaridad. It's just a few minutes away and the hotel is surrounded by a park. We enjoy the pool and reserve the courts for an hour to play tennis. The bar brought us drinks out by the pool during our last stay. The buffet breakfast is amazing! I had work videoconferencing and the WiFi was perfect. My husband wants to buy a mattress like the one at the hotel. My kids also like the bathtub in the room. We keep coming back here to stay and it's our go-to spot when we have events in Morelia.

Our room the first night had a faulty air conditioner and was unfortunately on the sunny side of the hotel. We requested a change to the other side on our second night and it was perfect! The pillows are a bit overstuffed/firm for our tastes.

Excellent breakfast buffet and very good easy on-site parking. Rooms very clean with very friendly cleaning personnel. Price is very reasonable as compared to other similar hotels.

large hotel has many large conference groups which can be noisy at times. One of two elevators had constant mechanical problems.

I liked that property is situated in a very convenient location, on the corner of two major avenues. Nearby, you will find shopping, dinning, hospitals, pharmacies. It is in front of a convention center so there is always security nearby. I also liked that there is parking on site. The kids loved the pool, my wife and I enjoyed the live entertainment and some of the dinning options on site. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the room service was great. Staff was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our time fully and retreat at the end of the day to a great night sleep. This is our go to from now on.

The property is very secure and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Theresa did an AMAZING job cleaning the rooms and was always very happy and friendly. The gentlemen downstairs were quick to offer assistance with baggage and were always so welcoming. The staff here are incredible!

No refrigerator in the bedroom, however they do have ice to keep beverages nice and cool.

The location is really good. And the staff was amazing. Front desk, bus boys, cooking team, cleaning team, and security. Everyone was very kind and humble. Made our experience very welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

They had a great variety of fruits. Also the staff were wonderful. Everything looked clean and neat. I had problem with the noisy neighbors but security solved it.

I did not like that they did not have a note or something in the room with the numbers to call the lobby or whoever else, so I had to take the elevator in the middle of the night to ask for something.

Very comfortable clean room at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet and bar area. Easy secure parking. Very nice walking park surrounding hotel.

Hotel looks dated in several areas and needs upgrades. Water pressure and intermittent WiFi need improvements.
