The beds were very comfortable. An overhead fan kept the room cool enough most of the time but when needed, the AC worked well.The pool was a nice size and we felt very safe. Communication with the manager was easy and pleasant. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Even though there were some kitchen supplies, there wasn't much else. The only sink was in the bathroom and the plug didn't work. It seemed as if there was very minimal effort to allow for any food preparation. Although there was hot water available, we had to run the water for about 5 minutes before it warmed up. Some 'how to use' notes for the water, fan and tv would have been very helpful. The gym on the 5th floor was lacking equipment and wasn't air conditioned.

Location was excellent for our needs. The building and room were clean and bright and very comfortable. The building is quite new and the rooms are well above average for the area. The roof deck and exercise area are really a great place to spend some time. Staff were excellent and Maritza was awesome. She had some challenges while we were there and she knocked it out of the park. We can't say enough about her and the facilities people.

We had no water for almost 2 days. Everyone in the building had their own way of dealing with this, but no showers when in a tropical area is just not good. Maritza got us 5 gallons of clean water for small chores, but we had to use water from the pool to flush the toilet and we had no shower or sink water for washing up. Also, one evening the power was out to some of the building and the entrance fob did not work at all. We found the lobby door ajar and used that. We think the owners should offer a little money back for the inconvenience. Again, the crew at Nereidas Lofts were great.

It was a great location. Nice quiet pool that was warm. Close to many restaurants and easy walking to Bucerías. Very close walk to the beach. Nice roof top lounge area too. It was great.

Not a huge issue but occasionally there was a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. We had to spray freshener a few times. It was a bit unpleasant. Some instructions on using the washer dryer combo would have been helpful. It was all in Spanish and once I found a cycle it took forever. Felt like I wasted power and water.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel has a breakfast spot right down stairs with delicious food! The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, to the beach and the malécon. The hotel room was beautiful. Maritza was kind and very welcoming during our stay. The beach is only a 5 minute walk but if you feel like staying at the hotel rather than go to the beach, the pool is nice and clean!

I didn’t like that in order to get additional towels for the pool or shower, you must order room services to clean your room. Room service charges a fee to clean your room and then they will provide new towels..

What we did not like … as a batchelor suite it had a fridge but no freezer so we couldn’t have ice in our room… we tried a cooler but that didn’t keep ice longer the 24 hours The kitchen was basically stocked but there was not aeven a bar sink so we had to use the bathroom sink to clean dishes …. Yuck

Nice new and clean

Fairly noisy area. Nighttime was okay except Saturday- restaurant down the street was loud music until 4 am. Daytime is very noisy with all the construction work being done on the high rise one to two blocks away. You couldn’t really have a conversation with anyone at poolside although after a few days I didn’t notice that much.

Pool area, pool and pool gounds. Our site was very nice. Location was perfect, close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The area where the coffee maker, fridge and microwave was , did not have a sink. Had to use shallow sink in the bathroom to fill the kettle and coffee maker. A little inconvenient.

Everything was immaculate. The amenities were really nice, and having the restaurant availability and water sports rental options downstairs golden. Maritza is an AMAZING manager, and was super prompt in responding. She really provided concierge service and care throughout the booking process and stay. Property is super close to the beach and town…Can’t say enough!

5th floor patio was great we had the top level . Not having housekeeping included was not great . Not enough chairs at pool area need to get picnic tables out. More pool chairs. Restaurant on main floor was great. Staff was good For the price you could have done more welcome extras etc Very clean bed was great

Located in the south part of Bucerías it is one block from the ocean. The Mr. cream restaurant is on the first floor and serves a very bb good breakfast. The room and bed were spacious. The pool area is relaxing.

The swinging doors in and out of the bathroom are a nuisance. There is a microwave and refrigerator but no sink close in that area, only in the bathroom.
