Very safe located, beautiful building, super spacious room, excellent shower, comfortable beds, many restaurants, bars and locations to go for a walk around. Very close to the beautiful park located.

Door of the room is almost not sound isolated, you can hear everything. WiFi signal is very strong in the rooms, but the throughput is super bad (1.5 Mbit/s).

Location was good, breakfast was good and really the hotel had a great ambiance,

With 3 similar, but different buildings there were 3 similar, but different rooms with the same number. We did not listen well and consequently could not enter our room 301, that really was not our room, but a room with the same number in one of the other buildings.

Rooms are fair sized and quiet. The location is very convenient, including free parking for hotel guests. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and bars, banks and shops of art and handcrafts.

No bell boy, third floor without elevator. Only one key card worked. The receptionist did not seem to be interested.

The central location is perfect for getting to know San Pedro Cholula. The rooms are spacious, nice traditional interior, plumbing and water worked very well. The patio with trees and shrubs is quiet and fresh. There is parking space with security.

Internet was not reliable in all 3 rooms we had. The only chair is extremely unfomfortable. Our receptionist was quite reluctant to give us the rooms we had booked but finally complied. For meals, we preferred the restaurant around the corner.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is in the centre of the town. We went for a tour and dinner in the little place just around the corner. The room was spacious enough, and had its old time charm with all the wooden furniture.

No elevator in the part we were on, would not be a problem for young people like us... but it was our fault, to be moving our big 23kg luggage all around Mexico...

great location and the hotel looks very pretty, the room had a small balcony with a nice view of the inner courtyard, beds were clean and wifi very good - great place to stay in heart of cholula close to bars, cafés and tourist spots

overall this was a great experience although it was only 1 night - there wasn’t any shower gel or toothpaste in the bathroom and neither a hairdryer but still great value for the money.

I stayed in an emergency for one night with my 3 year old daughter and i really was pleasantly surprised by the service the beautiful colonial building just a few meters from the beautiful city's main zócalo park. I ate at the restaurant which serves really nice true local cuisine which is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, so I decided to book another night. They didn't have the room that I had booked so the manager Fabian personally saw that I got a full suite with 2 rooms a kitchen and a little living room. It was fairly proper. But the gesture was gold. The hotel has its details but is goin through big renovations. It's certainly something to look for in Cholula when in a budget we want value for money. very good location. leafy grounds, no sound from the street. Large room, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money

Sound proofing of room was poor.. we could have done without the sound of the neighbours early evening sex !

Room was really big (much bigger than seems in the photos) with double doors to a small juliet balcony. Beds really comfy and a very powerful hot shower! Excellent WiFi and everything in San Pedro within walking distance.

The restaurant very good, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all very good options. They accommodate for some video calls I made. Internet everywhere was good enough for business.

Parking area is very narrow, no well signaled and difficult to move. There was no one to ask, let alone to help. I forgot something in the car, in the middle of the night they close all the access and had to wake the night keeper just to open several doors. Staff not very friendly or serviceable. Not much information about amenities.
