Location is good although in the entire hotel zone location is good (shops and restaurants everywhere) so doesnt really make a difference to other hotels in terms of location but still... its a plus. Staff were very very kind and adorable!! At the end of my stay the staff at the bar knew exactly how i like my morning coffee and they made it perfectly. Food in the restaurant is ok and good value for money (kalamari 12 dollars tacos 15 dollars, etc), has its own part of the beach and externals have to pay to get access which makes it less crowded, i was there end of april whixh is end of season so i dont know how crowded it is during peak season

Furniture is old and outdated and broken. Usually when there is a lot of moist (typically for tropical destinations) the hotels and furniture outdate much quicker due to nature so this is not really fault of the owners of the hotel but still ... however there were broken things in the room which could be fixed by the owners - the windows didnt open and close properly it was very very difficult to open and close every time, the safe in the closet didnt work and they had to change it, bed pillows were too fluffy and big and not comfortable(they didnt have other types of pillows), a lot of people from the staff didnt speak english but this is manageable

The view the beach the area is very nice and beautiful

Reception lady was not friendly at all and we were supposed to get water bottles every day but we haven't received any. We ask if we could get a microwave we only had a small fridge nothing else not even coffee maker but she just said no . I fell on the premises due to the cleaners who spilled water on the floor outside the lobby they saw me and just turn away . A stranger came to help me. I went in and ask for bandaid they told me they don't keep a first aid kid I must go and buy. I was so upset

I really liked the location of the property. The infinity pool and the short distance from the sunbeds to the beach were great, especially since the beach is narrow, making the ocean easily accessible. The restaurant by the pool was excellent, and having two pools was a bonus: one with lively music (quite loud) and another quieter one for relaxation. The surf school on-site was a cool addition, and the simple spa service—offering massages from an older, untrained but effective masseuse—was a nice touch. The prices were very reasonable for the area, and the hotel’s location was convenient, being under 3 km from the shopping mall (although shopping is not the main focus during a beach vacation). The staff was very polite and attentive.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, but at times the music was quite loud, and the DJ didn’t seem to do much other than play tracks. It felt like the hotel hasn’t fully settled on a clear concept or vibe that suits its audience.

Water pressure

The pools are nice and clean, relative to other pools we have seen in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The poolside room can get loud so not ideal for a young family but convenient and great for others. The location is on the beautiful beach and also a short walk to all the action of cancun night life. We stayed for one night with teenage kids and it was perfect.

Loud dance music at the pool starts at breakfast. The food is expensive but it was delicious and convenient. Our door didn't lock at first but the front desk sent someone to fix it.

The hotel was nice our view was even better... some employees went out of there way to help us out...

Amazing beach and pool, beautiful room with balcony and good air conditioning. Housekeeping was very good and food and drinks reasonably priced.

Elevator is always busy with either staff doing housekeeping and only one works so being able to climb stairs in extreme hot and humid temperature is a must. A lot of children in the pool I don’t mind and even enjoy it but could understand that it’s an issue for many since they were quite unruly and loud. Facilities are in need of many repairs and lots was going on while we were there. Also quite close to huge clubs like Coco Bongo and music was extremely loud especially some nights was hard to sleep and went on until 6am.

The location was absolutely the star of the show! The rooms needed a little TLC but it couldn’t take anything away from the amazing location and the stunning exterior of the hotel and the spectacular views!

It would’ve been nice to have a small table on the balcony to set a beverage. Little things in the room have needed to be fixed for a long time too. Nothing that really affected our stay but just would’ve made it aesthetically more pleasing.

there wasn’t a plug provided with the bathtub so I had to wait around for half hour for staff to find one, the hot water tap only ran ever so slightly so I had a cold bath at night because it took forever to fill the tub up with hot water. No kettle/coffee or anything in the room either. I also was surprised that a big hotel like this had very limited vegetarian options (just a burger) and no plant milk

Loved the ocean view from my room and the look of the hotel in general, pools, beach, etc. It was within walking distance from the nightlife area on the Hotel Strip. I also loved the room service/cleaning.

The only thing I had a problem with was the shower pressure. It really took a while to take a shower with the lack of water pressure.
