Perfect location for our needs. I travelled with my dad to celebrate his retirement. Property is in a quieter area at the hotel zone, which was perfect. Beautiful beach. Nice pool. Staff was friendly. Room was supposed to be cleaned every three days, but the cleaner came more often. I wanted a lower accomodation as I prefer to spend my money in good food and experiences and the apartment was what we needed. Very clean, bright, beautiful views of the sea and transport was excellent, as it stops next to the hotel and you can travel virtually everywhere in Cancun. Bed was very comfortable as well. We booked our taxi to and from the hotel through Michelle. I paid upfront in Mexican soles and he was there at the expected time for pick up and drop off. Very nice, chatty gentleman. We were able to visit downtown markets, where we bought local food like cheese, tasty fruits and we were able to cook them in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped. Michelle was available via WhatsApp and was kid enough to let us stay a little extra as our taxi to the airport was at 2pm. We didn't go to the hotel's restaurant as reviews were poor. I am unsure why some of the reviews were saying there's no restaurants nearby. We were advised to visit a couple of them and food was ridiculously good. All walking distance. If you're looking for luxury, this is not your place to stay, however, if you want a good quality/value ratio, here's Solymar. :)

The beach was beautiful, front view to the beach.

Everything was ok until the host entered the room without a prior notice which made the stay uncomfortable after because we had important belongings that we had left out in the room not expecting to have her go in to the room while we were out. She said she went in because she had to turn the ac off since we had left it on. It seemed very weird that she would know, her ac was not modern to have access through mobile app. I will not consider booking again for that reason.

Michelle is helpful and was able to also accommodate an early check in. She ensured we had what we needed and was quick to respond to any questions. The room was good as to be expected and beds were cozy. Lots of extra towels dropped off and it had everything we needed and close to downtown core.

You have to check in & checkout of accessing the building every time which although I feel is normal for the Hotel Zone, we also struggled with it repeatedly as they couldn't understand us quite a bit. Warning to tourists in the area that they have Police around alot and target visitors to the area, we were pulled over and not ticketed and instead forced to give a "bribe" in order to go. A HIGH reccomend you just walk, bus or get a private driver.

I loved the location. Me and my female cousin felt safe coming in and out of the complex. There is a big beautiful and even a kids pool. There is also a buffet restaurant onsite that is about $15 for entry that is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The city center is about a 15 minute bus ride for $1/each way. There is also a bar and restaurant at the steps of the beach where you can order drinks till you've had enough. I have been to Cancun 3 times, but I would come to this condo moving forward every time that I visit. Michelle answers VERY quickly and is very helpful.

Michelle is the contact person, she is very helpful and accommodating, we asked for an ocean view, and she gave us two different rooms!! the view was beautiful from both 😍I like not having to check in and go straight to the room. You're giving a code to the lock box with the key inside! Rooms were very nice and clean, and the ocean and beach are fantastic 👌 bus stops right outside of the hotel Very cheap way to travel !

Amazing view, huge bed, and a very kind and helpful host!

Unfortunately it was very loud because of the construction in the room next to us, but it was during off-season, so just bad luck. The host Michelle offered us, however, another room if we’d have wanted to. She was super helpful!

Michelle ( the host) was amazing at communicating with us , even before arrival . She made sure we had everything. On our last day , she extended our checked out time ( which was wonderful because we had a tour on that day ). The apartment has everything you need . The view from the room was very nice and the facilities, such as the pool and the beachfront was top notch.

The building, in general , was a little outaded . On our first day, the apartment looked a little dirty , the sink was not cleaned, and it had a weird smell.

The location was perfect, you can get on a R1 or R2 bus directly outside the gate (12 pesos) and you can walk down to the beach, but it still felt secluded and peaceful. Michelle was a great host and answered any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and clean and I liked having a full fridge, TV and kitchen. We did not eat at the restaurant as we heard it isn’t very good. Michelle recommended Elmer to drive us from the airport to the accommodation and he was so lovely, a great driver and helped us with questions and advice on our stay, I would also recommend booking with him if you need transport to or from the airport.

The fridge was a little dirty

Great location on the beach. We had a studio apartment that faced the lagoon with some awesome sunsets each evening. Instructions to enter the property were precise and easy to navigate. The beach was surreal and perfect for our last three days in Mexico. The bus stops in front of the hotel and takes you anywhere in the Hotel zone and to Walmart in the city. All the bus drivers knew the Hotel.

The hotel is old and the staff not very friendly. Fortunately, Michelle had everything set for us so we didn't have to interact with anyone except the guard at the entrance,and that was easy. The studio was dated but had everything we needed. We knew we did not book a five star but for the price, we got very lucky.

The studio condo that we stayed in had the most amazing view of the beach from the balcony! Our hosts stayed in communication with us throughout our trip and were quick to respond to questions or concerns. It was great to have a decent amount of supplies for cooking. The hosts left helpful information to help us navigate the area when we arrived. The public beach, Playa Delphines, is just a short walk away, and there is a beautiful beachfront right in front of the condos.

There are not many options for eating or shopping close by to the condos, if you want everything to be within walking distance. We used the public busses to get around while we are there. There are bus stops, but they mainly stop when you flag them down.
