The space was cute, cosy and comfortable. The mattress was very soft and the whole experience was quite relaxing. Everyone in the area was respectful and it was very quiet. Staff were very helpful with taxis and the breakfast was simple, but fresh and good.

The temperature was set very low and there didn't seem to be a way of changing it (you could only turn the aircon up or down, not change the temperature).. Within an hour and a half inside I was freezing and had to put on track pants and a jacket. There was only a thin sheet. A bit annoyingly, your bag and belongings are in a locker in another room, so it's not super easy to grab things if you decide you want one. The pods aren't very soundproof, but people were quiet. It was still a great experience.

I'm an American, but I have visited Japan. Japanese people administer rules differently than Americans. The intent is to help, educate and provide safety and to help people from climbing over each other. Americans like to hurt and punish. Japanese rules can even be given with respect or humor. Do not be afraid of this place because they are Japanese rules, not American rules. Sometimes, Japanese people get it right! Also, this is more than just a place to stay. It is like a museum, so you get an experience, included. Like a 2 4 1 deal. Asian customer service doesn't discriminate based on social class, like American customer service. I think poor people are still Okyaku sama (honorable customer), just like rich people.

Breakfast size could include a small upcharge so we don't have to get used to Mexican portions.

You have everything you need, except toothpaste and toothbrush. Also, what a unique experience! Close to shops, gym, ATM, restaurants, 7 eleven, etc. They keep the facilities clean. Breakfast included.

Can be very cold in the capsule even when the vents are closed. Maybe add a thicker blanket instead of a thin bed sheet? I’m sure you can request for this at the front desk.

The Yellow Capsule is a really nice sleep experience. The staff is super friendly and the place itself is clean and well organized. Breakfast was good too. I only stayed for one night, just to go to the airport the next day.

Actually nothing to add here! Don't know if the location is good if you want to explore the city, I only had to go to the airport, which was really nearby.

I took it as a new experience :) - very good wifi - shared area like the terrace/dining was very nice - water in the shower - big flow and hot water :) - staff was always very helpful and nice - coffee/ tea/ water was available all the time

- not enough space for your stuff in the bathroom along the sink - I would add some shelves under the sink - lockers might not be enough for a pair with big suitcases - not sure how they calculate space but in the capsule, there was not 7m2, However I expected this based on the pictures - capsule is made from plastic, you can feel if somebody is moving in top/next capsule

Amazing experience, very comfortable capsules, good infrastructure around, very quiet, clean facilities. Great location close to the airport. Best capsule hotel I have ever been. Be aware that the main tourist street of cancun is about a 20 25 minutes drive. It's not a party hostel or something like that.

the air conditioning in the capsules didn’t get cold enough. no ventilation in the showers so it’s like a sauna after a hot shower. I liked the soaps in the shower, but it would’ve been nice if they had labels. there were three bottles containing different products but no way to confidently identify the contents.

the buautifull area around with a few bars/cafes and two department stores, nice terrace, cleanliness and silence in the hotel. Located kind of close to airport (15-17) minutes by a car/taxi. The internet works well.

Breakfast would be better, it's more like a very quick snack for now. And maybe without the intrusive tip requests as it's an included service. The doors of the capsules move too loudly, really! I think it's a big issue for such a place.

The capsule itself where you're sleeping is very nice and quite, morning breakfast is super good, area is also safe if you arrive at night

location is not good, far away from cancun centre and far away from airport so you need taxis/uber for every trip. At night the capsule was quite cold, and when i asked for a blanket there were none available. the area for lockers is clean but quite small for the amount of people who need to get things out of bag, repack things change etc...

As an introvert, I found the capsule really cozy! The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The communal area was great especially with continuous coffee available, and the breakfast was very nice.

Unluckily, I was given a locker right next to the door to the lobby, and I spent a lot of time in my locker sorting my things out, so everytime someone came through the door, I had to stop what I was doing to make sure they could get past - it was a very tight space. Plus, there was a bench next to lockers for sorting your stuff but my locker was at the opposite end, and with a heavy rucksack it wasn't very feasible to bring it over every time I needed to find something in it. I understand though that the locker issues aren't easy to fix. The showers are great, my only problem was how hot the room got as there's no ventilation or extractor fan, so getting out of the shower was a race to put clothes on before you got sweaty again!
