the fourth place that we stayed, and if you had a shower in the early morning, it had piping hot water, that you had to reduce with cold. it was also lovely and powerful. The bed was comfortable. The people kindly allowed me to have more tasty fruit because I don’t eat gluten. Diogo was a very helpful man. he recommended us to use bic ointment for Dave’s mosquito bite infection. but sadly the pharmacies that we went to didn’t know what we were talking about. so maybe we misheard what he said, and we forgot to ask him on Wednesday on our last night. we stayed two extra nights and we tried to pay by cash, but because the cost was very expensive for our budget. I had to pay on here with my boyfriend’s card. I chose the wrong room so the lady helped me amend it to an suite and how to waive the fee.

Because many of the staff didn’t speak English, they weren’t so friendly when I tried to make conversation or spoke my mixed up version of Portuguese and trying to remember the actual version in Spanish. it could have been because they were shy.

Spacious room, comfortable, excellent central location - very close to the ferry. nice rooftop to enjoy the simple breakfast.

Convenient location - close to port but away from tourist traps full of Muricans. Surrounded by local, tasty eateries. Comfy beds/pillows, clean rooms. Included breakfast is alright.

- Breakfast is on the top of the building and is "passable". One guy cooking waffles with just one waffle make (2 at the same time, takes around 3-5 minutes), everything else is self service. They have one toaster and one kettle. If more than 4 people turn up at the same time - good luck waiting for tea and toasts, will take ages. - Noise isolation is non-existent. Thankfully, away from parties, but you will hear road noise anyway (motorcycles, trucks etc).

The location was great, our room was spacious and the roof top pool was nice

The pool was closed multiple times during our stay, we constantly had to ask for toilet paper and even went and purchased our own 2 or 3 times. No pool towels are available and could not get any extras pillows, so we also had to purchase those items.

Very big rooms, new furniture, tv with netflix etc. Good swimming pool on top of the building, nice buffet breakfast. Good location, everything near, shops, ferry.

Kitchen aeria quite old, ac not working, sink leaking, balkony door broken. Need a little TLC.

The room was big enough for a couple and a small baby, that truly needs space. The beds were very comfortable and it was possible to sleep well and rest. The breakfast is good enough and in general I do consider a good value/price relationship. The position is very good, you can go walking to the city center, there are several restaurants and shops in the nearby, and from there to the main beaches it was a 15 minutes driving, which was good enough for us.

The hotel does not have an elevator which can be difficult if you have many heavy bags to take to the room. The hotel does not have parking and you can not just leave the car outside the structure so you need to consider the price of the parking lotes nearby, there was one very close for 160 pesos 24 hrs so at least your car is completely safe during the night.

Pros : - Great location - Spacious rooms - Rooftop with pool - Staff is very friendly (helped me bring my luggage upstairs and changed my room with no fee because A/C was loud in 1st one.)

Cons : - Beds are hard. Got me 4 or 5 nights to get used to, haha. - No elevator

Ok breakfast, really good location and ok rooms. Good views from the rooftop.

Road was busy outside (some noice). There was not enough bread and fruits available on either mrongin on breakfast and had to ask and wait for restash. pretty busy. Can not leave luggage anywhere.

helpful people and read my later review. it was great we had free drinking water.

im disabled and there was no banister for me to climb down the spiral staircase so I had to hold my boyfriend’s hand or go down very slowly. sadly no access to drinking water in a public place in a lower level just three flights up in the roof terrace.

Bed was firm but comfortable. it includes a very basic breakfast. Shower had enough water pressure and it got warm enough.

no water provided, at all, in the room. I did find out the place next door sells water but when you arrive exhausted, the last thing you want to do is go find water.
