The staff are great and very helpful. You can drop off your laundry at the reception and it will be taken away and brought back the next day. The pool is only small but very well kept. With it been a small pool it can get crowded very easily especially with small children jumping in and out. The cleaners are great and very efficient. Water was left in our room after every clean but we could also use a water bottle machine to top up from, that they supply near the pool. The hotel is a short walk to either the town square or if you turn right out of the gates it takes you to the local supermarket and gym within a few minutes walk. Overall a lovely little hotel and we would definitely stay there again the next time we are back in cozumel.

A kettle in the room would have been handy. Unfortunately for us the hotel had two families staying there and they had very small loud children . The parents would let them run around screaming from around half six in the morning so we had very little sleep for a few days (not the hotels fault). More sunbeds and chairs would be a bonus too.

I know it’s a very affordable hotel , but still they need to improve the rooms. The curtains had holes , the shower had some rust … but it’s a good price nonetheless so I don’t want to complain. in general Cozumel is a very expensive island and is over priced so we chose this because it was cheap , not expecting luxury.

The location was great, near the centre of the action but in a quiet area 5 mins walk away. The check in was smooth and efficient. The caretaker and staff were friendly. The assisted us with laundry and hiring a scooter. The room was large and clean.

There was no hot water. There was some confusion as to where I was allowed to park my scooter. I was instructed to park it Inside and then another staff member said not.

Great location, very close to the main square, but away from the noise of the restaurants & bars. They offer basic accomodation for a great price, and the hotel even has a small pool, perfect place to meet other guests. My room was spacious and clean, service was always attentive (they organised bicycle renting, let me know where I can dry my scuba gear and let me use their facilities after check out as a late check out was not possible due to arriving guests). Supermarket is very close as well as a burger place just across the street. All in one a basic, honest & clean place for the unpretentious traveller :-). I hope to return one day.

Nice small hotel with garden/inner courtyard and a big enough pool for the kids and adults! Booked for 4 nights and extended for 2 more nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful especially with our kids! 24h laundry service which did a very good job (clothes were really clean) compared to some other lavanderias, which we tested on our Yucatán trip. For us as a family with 2 kids the location was ideal, since the nights were quiet without party music:) and still not to far away from the center (5min walk) beds were really comfortable.

We had two rooms due to our extension. First room was really good, second room was a bit worn out, but considering the price still ok. Seems like the buildings are of different age. Water pressure in the second room was a bit weak.

Firstly, Gustavo was amazing. He helped us book reliable moto-scooters, a taxi, and a snorkeling tour! Beyond his helpfulness, the hotel had two water coolers available for guests to refill water bottles...free of charge! Fresh, clean, and cold water always available was great! The AC in the room was totally strong and gave us a nice respite after long days in the sun! Combine that with the comfy pillows and bed, it made for a nice place to unwind in Cozumel. The location was close to ferry dock (maximum 10 minutes walking) and close to a supermarket and plenty of little eateries :)

The wifi was a bit weak in our room (109 in the back). I had to sit next to the door to get signal while in the room. I wish that could have been a bit better. There were 3 of us in the room, and by the 3rd person, hot water for showers was normally gone. However, if you reduce the water pressure you can make the hot water last longer. Finally, the windows and doors feel as though they do nothing against sound. If people are talking outside, (or in our case, the neighbor's kids are running around) you can hear a lot. So be prepared to ask people to quiet down if you want to lay down for an early sleep.

Perfect location. Less than two blocks from taxi headquarters. Friendly staff. Good pool. Met many friendly folks staying there from all over the world. Refrigerator in room. Great A/C. Near downtown and many nearby restaurants.

It was a hotel room so no kitchen.

Big room, comfy beds, great courtyard with pool. Very basic from services here, but the personnel was very helpfull and very nice. They kept my luggage and allowed me to shower and change late afternoon after i checked out.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe just a suggestion to have in the public area a water cooker to give the possibility to prepare a cofee or tea.

I travel a lot and sometimes I just love a place for it’s energy and the care that goes into maintaining the property. The garden with beautiful flowers and green trees makes this a little oasis. The pool is clean. The rooms are comfortable and quiet at night. The staff is really nice. Cheap and good laundry service too. You can walk from the ferry and it’s close to everything. Including a juice place around the corner where you can get fresh juices for 40 pesos a liter.
