Nice beachfront property in a good location in Holbox. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of beach chairs and lounges for guests. They provide you with beach towels during your stay. The room was a good size with AC, hot water, and the bed was comfortable. They had live music in the evenings at the restaurant. There have been other comments about noise from neighboring bars etc but we were never disturbed by any noise at night.

Breakfast was included as part of our reservation, but there was only one breakfast option and it was not good so we only ate breakfast there once during our 3 night stay.

Liked the location, right on the beach, beautiful sunset, massage on the beach, serviced bar on the beach as well, great food, attentive and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very comfy bed, a/c worked perfectly. Internet was ok but who cares, you're on a remote tropical island.

I really didn't like the nearly constant loud music. You just can't escape it, it's everywhere it's loud and it disturbed me a lot. I just couldn't read a book or have a nap with the constant beat of the music. Wouldn't return because of this.

Drinks and food overpriced for Mexico Breakfast was solid but a bit meager compared to other hotels in Mexico Taxi reservation forgotten No critique, but advice: the music in the outside area was nice but could be annoying, if you are looking for a quiet place. Runs roughly until 9 pm, after that a nearby club takes over. Room was very quiet though.

Amaite is located right on the beach with fantastic views. Place was clean. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Friendly staffs welcomed and showed us to the room. Bar and restaurant at Amaite are the highlight. Everything is served at your beach chairs. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7PM. Food options were very good and customizable. Since we were vegetarians, all our orders were customized. Friendly staff always asked our requirement and clarified everything. All the attractions are minutes away from Amaite. Our room was very big and had two king sized beds for our family. Shower was pathetically slow (minor issue). Hope to visit again soon. *Check your final invoice before paying, I was charged extra which I did not use.

Second time at Amaite this year. The location, in terms of the beach and town, is great. Their restaurant also great, and their breakfasts are top notch.

Unfortunately for Amaite, and to no fault of their own, the hotel is very close to The Hot Corner. This is probably the loudest, hardest partying spot in all of the town. That wouldn't be so bad if, like the first time we stayed there, the party died down around 2:00, and only on the weekend. Much to our surprise –and that of my friends and family who I recommended join on this trip– The partying and loud music (VERY LOUD) happen every night, extending into the mornings during the weekend. Bring your best ear plugs or join the party.

Located on the beach and close to the heart of Holbox Island, we could not fault the location of this hotel. The adjoining restaurant and bar were amazing and we ate and drank here several times. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff did a marvellous job of making us feel welcome. They also kept the beach as free from seaweed as possible, which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and anyone looking for a fabulous stay on Holbox Island.

The room had a damp smell, despite being very clean. I imagine this is due to drainage. This wouldn't hinder me from staying again or recommending to others.

Some days the music was very loud. The mosquitos were terrible!!! I would suggest citronella oil or candles. During our stay, part of the hotel was under renovation and that was quite annoying, especially due to the noise that also lasted a couple of nights ( Now it is finished, and beautiful).

Lovely condos with beachfront. The breakfast package was served with healthy ingredients and was sufficient to start the day. The review is based on the Hotel Posada Yalekin because we wanted to change the rooms since Amaite Beach Hotel only has rooms with either one Queen-size bed or two King-size beds (with additional costs). We still had access to all Amaite Beach Hotel facilities and got breakfast included without extra costs. However, even after having two separate rooms, we needed to walk like 3min to get to Amaite Beach Hotel (which was still OK).

In Hotel Posada Yalekin we encountered bed bugs. Unfortunately, there are no rooms available with only one King-size or two Queens-ize beds in Amaite Hotel Beach.

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are really nice 10 points. Cleanliness...10 points Everything has style and just makes your stay unforgetable. Live Musik during the day with chill out / house music and bands in the afternoon/evening entertain in addition. The location is right in town, but at the same time this beach is a oasis right next to the epicenter. You would not know. The deckchairs and the entire beach setup is so clean, tidy and comfy. Staff is always present. The italian manager seeks the conversation with his guests. I had a nice chat with him. Breakfast is awesome. If you haven't been here...it's time to do so.

That I just had three days there and had to leave. HaHa!!!!
