We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Fantastic hotel, great value for money, large comfy clean rooms and bathroom. Bedrooms had little kitchenette area with fridge which was a great touch and allowed us to save food and make sandwiches etc. Lovely pool and comfy deck chairs and beds to relax, and very nice to have lots of greenery around the pool. Staff were so helpful and friendly, including helping us print documents for upcoming border crossings. Able to do any of the Holbox tours direct from the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

No - a perfect stay!

The hotel had an ideal location for us - walking distance from the ferry, but also from the restaurant area and beach, but far enough to have some peace and quiet during the night or while chilling at the pool. I was afraid that the pool area would be too small, but we always had plenty of room on one of the sunbeds to chill. Restaurant area on rooftop is nice for breakfast or just a coffee in the morning, pool bar also offers smoothies, beers and cocktails during the day which is quite nice!

The pool area didn't have a lot of sunshine - only few spots and not for the whole day, and could use some more cleaning/filter installation since you could see the sunscreen floating in some places... But ok for a nice little cooldown :)

The first thing I would like to appreciate of the friendly staff, that always had a smile on their face. The hotel itself is very well done. Rooms are spacious and offer a view of the very green and beautiful inner courtyard. The location was convenient to be reached from the dock and also not too far from the beach.

We had issues with the hot water in the shower. It always turned cold within 2-3 minutes. So we had to always try tricks to keep getting hot water. But that’s a minor inconvenience and possibly a point to improve upon

The rooms are very nice and spacious, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Beds are very nice. The service is excellent, including fresh water provided daily. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. Overall, a great experience!

It wasn’t much of an issue for us since we spent little time at the pool, but the number of sunbeds (especially in the sunny spots) is insufficient for the number of guests. Additionally we could not buy extra water during the night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was good.

They should put up a sign that guests can't reserve daybeds with their stuff for the whole day. Some inconsiderate people put their towels and books on daybeds early in the morning but did not actually use them for hours.

My stay at Naj Casa was exceptional! - It was a quiet short walk from town which made the location very convenient for me. - The Wi-Fi worked great as I did have to some work to do during my stay. - The room and bed were great. But most importantly, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. While on-site they were pleasant and helpful. And when I left I had forgotten a suit that I would be wearing in a wedding a couple days later. When I contacted the hotel about this mishap they were extremely helpful in finding a driver to drive my suit to Cancun the next day for a very reasonable price. I really can't say enough about their efforts in helping me out!

Not a big deal, but the hot water only lasted a couple minutes.

Wonderful hotel in Holbox with incredible attention from the staff, who were very attentive and provided a warm service just like everyone else on the island. The room and hotel amenities were excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The only slight downside, which wasn't really a big issue since Holbox is small, is that the hotel is a bit removed from the beach. However, it's just a 10-minute walk. It felt a bit farther for us because we were traveling with our baby.

it was new and clean, the staff were very friendly and it is in a quite location so you dont have to worry about the noise. Within a couple of minutes walk you have shops and restaurant but to get the the center and where all the main action is it is a good 10-15min stroll. so just bear in mind that it is a bit of a walk but still totally convenient.

the breakfast choice was not good. they were out of many things, could only make black coffee. definitely the quality and choice could be improved. However you can of course eat outside which was what we did after our first and only breakfast attempt there.

Very nice hotel in the quite part of the island. Around 10 minutes walking from the ferry station, and 15 minutes to get to the main beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Pretty garden with swimming pool to relax, helpful staf. Rooms are big and clean with modern bathrooms and little kichenette. When rains its a little harder to get here because streets are flooded but its a part of island's adventure. Good place to stay in Holbox if you are looking for quite and nice spot and don't mind walking a little more far to the beach.

Staff very friendly. Room exactly as in the pictures. Kitchen in a good condition. Coffee maker clean, you even get a nice kit of coffee for your use. Theres a room cleaning every day and you even get 2 bottles of water with it each time. The pool is nice and has kids section/ sitting section. Theres a bar in the pool. The bar has really good variety and prices. Really cheap compared to outside places and on top of that theres happy hours in the noon which is when you most want to use the pool which is cool. The coctails are one of the best we had in Mexico. Food - the same, cheap and amazingly good. There are 2 bali beds in the pool area and they are inside an exotic plants , covered with trees from all sides, really awesome. Best thing on the island is to lay on that bed, with a cocktail and a guacamole from the bar meter away inside a green "jungle". Real vacation vibes. Theres a breakfast on the rooftop restaurant, it was tasty and good but maybe not worth the price , money/value ratio is so-so. But still you have the option if you like and thats not bad.

No elevator but staff is very nice and helping you with the luggage. Pool closes early at 8, (Even earlier sometimes), you want after dinner to get in but cant. No shade at the pools at all, except on 2 beds which is a bummer since theres something like 30 rooms for those 2 shade beds and the sun burns like hell. In the corner rooms the balconies are litteraly next to each other. Maybe its expected since its a corner but that was really too close.
