We enjoyed the restaurant on site. Good breakfast; great value. Beautiful location! Loved the beach access. We also appreciated being at the quieter south end of Isla Mujeres. Loved the massage that was available on site.

There was a lot of noise due to the construction happening all day and well into the evening outside of our room. There was no hot water. The beach club music was quite loud and was on almost all day and well into the late night. It would be nice if there was some quiet time or traditional instrumental Mexican music for part of the day.

Sunset/beach views and lovely tropical canopy to gaze from your hammock. Cosy room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

The beach club associated with the hotel had good food but a bit inflated prices and poor service. For the large part of our stay, the waiters were young, untrained, inexperienced, and, at times, lazy. Yet they always asked for tips. We ended up not using the beach club a lot. Everything else was great.

Very clean, comfy bed, responsive staff. Our bathroom got clogged and it was fixed right away, even tho it was 6AM. Nice location, but a bit of a pain if you need to walk. Having a golf cart rented is a good solution.

Noise complaints from reviews are not that bad; I mean - if you're not looking for complete peaceful bliss, the noise from the bar is manageable. However, the "amazing" beach beds that are shown in the pictures come with cost, no matter if you stay there or not. Since it's the beach club, having public access, the beach beds are allowed to use if you spend at least 100USD in a bar. Doesn't matter if you stay at the hotel or not. So in that sense, taking in consideration the room price and that you gotta pay another 100USD a day just to chill on the bed, is a bit of a rip off. .

It is far from the ferry. and I feel that those who don’t rent golf carts would have difficulties here. luckily, I had a golf cart and there was ample parking, so I had no difficulties.

Me and my partner stayed here for a few days and we really liked it here! There is a beach in front of the hotel and a cool pool. There is also a really good restaurant! If you want to be able to move a little bit around the island you can rent a golf cart. It’s not really fast but it is safe! The staff is really nice too. Our shower door was broken when we arrived and when I told them they suggested to move us to another room but we said it was ok if they just fixed it. They were really nice. The room we had: a jungle room was really clean and the lady who cleaned it was really nice. Every day we were excited to see what she made out of the towels. We once had a heart, a swan,… it was so pretty. I put some pictures so you are able to see it.

The only thing is that there is a restaurant just in front of our room and they play music really loud and really late but this hotel has a solution for everything! They have those things for the ears ( idk how it is called sorry). For each vest of the room. I don’t mind the sound because I am used to it at my home. But I understand it can be bothering.

Every thing, Love these guys from Mayan Monkey. We were out of the ordinary guests. Usually this property is for a young crew. But under my experience Young people for some reason find old people cute. SO I risked and traveled with 87 yo dad / 80 yo mom (Well they are healthy , and doing awesome! definitely not recommended for handicap people in case) and my gf. I am 54 hehe. The vibe was awesome, people was very friendly, and the staff was great.

Nothing. My parents were can of needy with their luggage, and they did not hesitate to help. Also we requested swapping rooms, and we get some close to the beach with some beach view.

We booked a stay in the jungle room, but it was very humid and dark. Also beware that the jungle rooms are at the other side of the road and feel a bit disconnected from the bar area. In the jungle tools, there is no desk, vault, … the bathroom is big but the main area is small It also didn’t feel very safe as the locks were flimsy. One time someone walked up to our room and claimed he could find his room when he saw us, but it felt shady. The reception let us switch for free to a regular room.

The only downside is the loud music that plays until midnight, which may not suit early sleepers. However, if you're someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere, this could even be a bonus! Overall, it’s an excellent choice for those looking for a vibrant beachfront escape.

Perfect beach front location. Very peaceful and the beds were comfy! Despite my small grumbles, I would still highly recommend this place to people visiting Isla and maybe not wanting to be at playa Norte. We stayed in the 8 bed female dorm and it was very quiet.

I asked at reception if they sold bottles of water and they said no and the shop over the road was closed, so they recommended that I was 15 minutes into town to get a bottle of water. I can understand wanting to be eco friendly but to not sell water is poor form in my opinion. Especially when they do sell vapes.

It was very comfortable and welcoming. The immediate access to the shoreline and the long dock was relaxing and beautiful! The staff was constantly working to clean all areas of the facility from seaweed in the water, to sand on the walkways, and everything in between! It’s a ways off the path of the bustling downtown energy, which we found to be more intimate in private, and it was only $10 (American) to taxi over there when we were looking for that environment. Although the staff spoke very little English, they were all very sweet and helpful we were able to get communication accomplished very easily. We stayed in a private room just above the outdoor bar and restaurant with a view of the ocean through the palm trees and it was lovely. They were kind enough to warn us that loud dance music would be playing each night into the late hours, and it certainly did, but that didn’t bother us at all because we knew that through previous reviews prior to our arrival so arrived with the mindset to embrace the energy and not let it causes any distress. They also offer a great breakfast selection and have specials posted in the office for every evening beach party, and the cleaning of our room was thorough and they always refilled our fresh water jug.

Again, the music did not bother us, but it may be an issue for others who prefer to go to bed earlier. Also, because it is an all outdoor facility, there’s quite a bit of sand that gets carried into the rooms, so be sure to take your shoes off at the door. And also make a note that there are no elevators, but the staff will help you with your bags for checkin and checkout, if you need. We were on the third floor and the stairs were not a problem for us, but might be something to think about, when selecting your room.
