WiFi was great. The bed and linens were magnificent. Bathroom was also great, housekeeper was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was not touristy with some delicious restaurants on 30. Pool area is very nice. Conveniently located.

The choice of institutional white paint and the wear on kitchen cabinets and table gave a bad first impression. This could easily be rectified with paint and would have raised my rating to a 9.

The room was perfect and had everything I needed for my short stay. The check-in process was smooth and Daniel was SO helpful and kind. Plenty of towels were provided along with body wash and soap. I would definitely stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great area, calm but in walking distance to the beach, the 5th Avenue as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

Our ground floor apartment was comfortable but a bit dark. We missed drying racks.

Apartments are nice and spacious with all the utilities. We first got no. 3 from ground floor, but it was super dark inside for us, as we were working from home and also did not had a table but a bar. Staff was friendly enough and as soon as one of the apartments from firs flor was available we switched there and it was way better for us. Although it is not very close to the center there are plenty of restaurants on walking distance from the location and 2 supermarkets just around the corner. On the rooftop there is a laundry where you can wash and dry your cloths for a super small fee. Location is secure, gate is locked at all time and I really liked that there is no key but a code for unlocking your apartment, anyhow the neighborhood looked safe.

Location is a bit far from the beach and from the 5th street. A bit noisy the neighborhood, but you can feel the Mexican vibe. Internet connection very unstable for working from home, mostly after 10AM. Although each apartment has it's own connection this rarely works, the common area network is better. Price does not include cleaning during your stay.

Very moderm and comfortable suite. Nice kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed. It does look like the pictures. I was concern about previous reviews about the location but it has actually a good location. Walking minutes from 5th avenue but in the same time away from the noise of the main street. Supermarkets and pharmacy very close. I would definetely stay again. Overall a very nice stay

Clean, big apartment and the staff was super nice. All the essentials to cook a light meal and breakfast. We also loved the rooftop with attached pool!

Location is a bit far from the beach and all the happening. Water shut off for half a day, would have liked an update from the staff on what was going on.

How comfortable the bed was and how clean it was

WiFi wasn’t the greatest, we need some WiFi in the pool area as well. My room tv wasn’t working property due to no WiFi

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. I feel I had enough room to relax in the unit even when I'm taking a rest day. Be aware though, only one suit (the pen house, suit 9) has a balcony, and the rest don't. It's a bit further away (15min walk) from the centre which is a plus in my opinion, the nights were quiet.

There is no place to hang wet towel, clothes etc. there's not a whole lot of sunlight in the rooms so things kept being wet.

It is a great place to stay, the small rooftop is really nice spot, the room is big and the beds are super comfortable .

I stayed in room 8 and the wifi was not the best in that room, also the cleaner said it just only works if I stay close to the door. As I am working during traveling it was pretty inconvenient

It's a great location, with access to locals and cheap food. Not far from the beach. Great size room and peaceful stay. Very communicative with staff. I would stay here again anytime.

The fridge was leaking water, I'm guessing its due to the heat.
