What I enjoyed about this location was the roof top terrace. It was especially nice at night. Also this loft was very close to the 5th ave location(restaurants, bars and shopping) and the beaches. I would definitely come back. Loved the responsiveness of the host. I felt safe at this location and I was traveling alone with my dog. I did work from this location but I used my own hotspot.

There is construction during the daytime but that is at no fault of the host. Not bad enough to interrupt me having meetings for work.

Basic accommodation has everything you need Aircon was great! Within a 15 min walk to the main 5th Avenue I would recommend eating close to the hotel as we found it cheaper than 5th

The bed headboard wasn’t attached to the bed in room 14 which was slightly annoying. Oh and also hearing the cockerel every single morning but I suppose that can’t be helped

No reception and couldn’t contact them through the app. Cleaning service is +25 usd even though we stayed for 4 nights and got only 2 towels.

The room was nice and clean. Aircon and fan. Cleaner was really helpful. I really like that it was codes to get in and not keys. The place was very close to the market place and beach.

The parking is only for 4 cars. It wasn't easy to find, the contact we had didn't give any information until we were waiting a while (an hour after check in). All the information was provided in Spanish. Cannot open the curtains as the people outside will see you. It has very thin walls so you can hear the neighbours all night.

The room was nice and so was the balcony. It would’ve been nice to have a couch or a comfy chair to sit on. And the only plates and bowls were non-microwavable.

It’s a cute interior, location is close to the beach I like, quieter part of the city, has a roof and pool. Wi-fi worked well, hot water, AC too.

Client support is really bad, the main door lock was constantly broken and I had to contact them each time. Once they ignored me completely. I was lucky that other neighbours gave me an actual key password because otherwise staying in this street at night doesn’t feel safe at all. So main door password, support mainly. There are many little cockroaches in the kitchen, be ready for geckos as well. No hairdryer, limited hangers. I wish there were more cookware in the kitchen, there’s no cutting board and just couple plastic plates, no daily, oil, kitchen towel, that doesn’t make it cozy and comfortable to actually cook. Kitchen is super tiny also in the way out. Balcony you wouldn’t use, it’s not pretty out there. There’s a little shop and local kids did firecrackers around holidays.

NO reception desk, low water pressure in shower&btw is often a cold shower, but after walking up the concrete stairs, loved the cold but weak flow shower! no elevator, they could purchase more linens, housekeeping 1x week and is separate charge (At checkin we were informed staying over a week additional mandatory billing for housekeeping & electricity-for transparency reasons we would have appreciated being informed upfront when booking)
