Staff all very friendly, helpful and attentive, the roof top pools are excellent as is the gym. Room was good and spotlessly clean and with much needed AC. Xavier (Concierge) was really helpful.

We had a lovely experience here at this hotel so any points mentioned are minor and hopefully constructive. Shower head: many of the jets were blocked with lime scale. It’s a 5 minute job to rectify and they should be part of a regular cleaning/maintainence programme. Rooms at the front of the hotel are susceptible to noise from the bars and restaurants opposite. Something to be aware of. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

So glad I was given a quiet room at the back of the hotel as there was so much loud music pumping out from nearby bars at the front and sides of the hotel.

The view was fabulous, tranquility, the room was great for two and our pup, treats for him was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing, what a way to start the day! The self checkin with our name outside the room was easy. Overall great experience, very happy and will be considered again for sure. Thank you!

Self checkin was easy, however it would have been nice if I had known beforehand which room was ours, we found it “by accident”. Besides that, all good.

Unfortunately quite noisy due to private parties at the rooftop bar and loud music from other bars nearby. Asked to move to a quieter room which I got. Would recommend second floor rooms at the back of the building. Rooftop bar is on 4th floor.

Nice basic room with good AC. Clean. Great water pressure and warm. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar. Great location only a block away from La Quinta but far away enough to not hear the noise. Basic but OK gym. Good price.

Only thing they could have had in the room was a fridge but that might depend on the room I don't know.

The breakfast was very ordinary and coffee yuck! I was on the third floor and could hear all the noise on the fourth floor which was the bar and pool areas! All night I could hear the chairs scraping on the floor !

This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff are #1, especially Xavier at the front door....we love that guy :D It's very clean, rooms are comfortable & nice size.

The internet was very weak this time around. Not sure why.....it was not the first 2 times we stayed.

The staff were the greatest. We particularly loved Javier the doorman. He made sure we were satisfied & had everything we needed. The hotel in general was clean, comfortable, close to 5th avenue but quiet at night. Adriana, the housekeeper was also a doll. She kept our room so clean. The front desk staff also helped us on several occasions. We had a couple issues in our room with the A/C leaking and the shower head falling off but maintenance fixed both issues ASAP and management bought us a free breakfast.

There restaurant for dinner was fine. However, the breakfast buffet was very expensive. So we only ate there 2 times (one of those was free). You could go to about 6 other restaurants within walking distance & have breakfast for two a lot cheaper.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite. The rooms had all accesories mentioned online. Excellent hotel for a day or two. The pool on the roof and the soft beds were amazing.

A bit to quiet for our taste, before this hotel we were situated on 5th ave with a balcony overlooking the street - simply amazing. This place has a totally different vibe... The room didnt have a balcony althought there are same types of rooms with a balcony on the opposite side of the hotel. We have to mention again, regarding the hotel itself, it exceeded all our expectations that this kind of hotel has to offer.

Love everything. Super close to everything but still quiet. Staff amazing. Rooftop pools and gyms are amazing. Wow. The rooms are big and super cozy!
