Great location. Everything is just steps away. Loved the jungle lobby. Staff was very friendly.

I love the downtown vibe but with that it can be little noisy. My room was on the ground floor right behind the front desk. I kept waking up with the music from the nearby clubs. Maybe the rooms further back is less noisy.

Cute hotel in a perfect location - literally steps away from the beach one way and the main 5th ave the other way. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff did a nice job cleaning daily. We loved the restaurant right across the street and the convenience of the location could not be beat. We would stay here again!

The bed was very very hard. The hotel was so loud. Obviously from night life very close which we knew would be the case and that didn’t bother me but there was just lots of other banging and hammering and just generally a lot of noise every morning.

Loved the situation. Located 1 minute from beach..bars and bus station. Carlos was sooo helpful on reception and we booked a trip through him. Fabulous Boho style hotel with with large plunge pool and its own Jungle lol. Very clean well worth the cost. Will definitely visit again.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable..I ended up jumping in with my Son in his Super giant double bed in the loft conversion which was amazing. Sofa bed maybe OK for a child. Shower base got blocked slightly and SUPER NOISY from the night club next door..take ear plugs !! Apart from this we love every minute of our 1 night stay.

The service and hotel environment were surprisingly nice. The air conditioning, hot water, and electrical outlets all worked well, so I have no complaints. The location is literally a 30-second walk from the beach, which has at least two restaurants and bars. It’s a great place to stay if you plan to watch the sunrise at the beach, and it’s convenient for swimming since you can leave your belongings upstairs and simply go to the beach with just a towel. The staff were extremely responsive, and I am immensely grateful for their help.

Inside the room, the décor and facilities were relatively basic.

Fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach and beach clubs. Despite its central location, it's not as loud as some other places. Very friendly and helpful staff! You can ask for free beach towels. The hotel has a very cool design with palms inside the building and a cute little pool downstairs. They don't offer breakfasts but there is a small breakfast place just in front of the hotel.

The standard room is quite tiny and could use some better ventilation, but the price was very affordable.

Location (close to beach and 5th Avenue; more like almost on them) The staff does not bother to sell you anything.

No phone in the rooms (need to walk to the reception in case of a question, no idea what would happen in case of an emergency) No elevator No early check in option (they keep you wait until the check in time even if the room is ready) No free water in the room (all paid) - triple of the price sold in the store across the hotel Safes are old and clunky Balcony door lock not working No card key Loose plugs No facility (no restaurant etc) Loud fridge (I was bothered more by the noise of the fridge rather than the night clubs)

The moment we entered the hotel we felt a warm welcome and it was such a relief after an early morning flight and bus ride. The all staffs were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly, it was the best place we stayed in Mexico. The interior was very modern, stylish and cute. Even the beach bag and room key had a cool design that made our stay even more exciting.

Although it was not the hotel's fault but it was a bit disappointing that the big sound from the nearby nightclub echoed into our room until around 3am:(

A small boutique hotel with nice cozy rooms. The beds are remarkably comfortable. However it’s not for every traveller because of the noise coming from the clubs on Calle 12 Nte. The music is sometimes so load you can hardly sleep until 4am. Well, if you are a party animal i guess this is not going to bother you, but again, it’s a personal preference.

This is a great little boutique hotel. It’s close to the beach and all the hot spots in Playa. It’s not fancy but the rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly and there is a wonderful garden in the center of the property. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel, so it was perfect. It’s close to the night life so you can hear some music at night but didn’t bother us.

Perfect for what we were looking for.
