Very comfortable room, big bed. Everything clean and neat. Very nice breakfasts. All the staff really attentive and friendly, apart from 1 guy.

The guy from the night shift should really work on his attitude. We came early, the room was not ready yet so we left our luggage and went to the beach. The staff from the day shift told us to just ask them to open the garage gate so we can park our car when we come back. We did that in the evening, then I informed the reception that we didn’t check in yet and he replied very rudely.

After a late night check-in we got to our room at around 12.30 am. Our room was very clean, the air conditioner very cold and we had everything that we needed, we slept well. The hotel is very rustic and beautiful and had lots of greenery on the ground floor around the 2 swimming pools and a beautiful thin white at that I liked to feed every day- the cat likes Whiskas food for ref if you want to feed him/her :-) There is another pool on the roof which we used and also a bar which is relatively cheap. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere which I like. Adults only is also a very big bonus. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, limited in options but there is a menu to choose from. I`ve been coming to Playa del Carmen for a few years and know the area very well, It is safe to walk around and is close to the ADO bus station and Walmart is only a couple of streets away. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from 5th Avenue and is also close to Coco Bongo, however, we could not hear any music or noise at all. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away and is beautiful with white sand.

There is nothing that I didn`t like

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, letting us check in 3 hours early without any hassle. it was also located in a very convenient location in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the main areas without being right in the middle of the noise.

The only issue we had was that the wifi didn’t work in our room, so we had to go down to the pool area/lobby to connect.

The hotel is stylish and charming. Rooms are very clean and smells amazing, climate control is super efficient but the main hall is pretty hot. Staff is super helpful and knows English so they will help you with planning your trips :) The localization is perfect, 2 blocks away from main street which is extensively loud, so it's enough to keep it quiet and still be close to the center of the city life. definitely recommended

the hotel is in the center of Playa del Carmen and 5 minutes away of the 5th avenue. there is a pool on the rooftop and 2 pools on the garden !

the ‘included’ breakfast is the choice between an omelette or pancakes with a juice in the nearby restaurant. could have been better or at least more for the price. Not really a good value to money, no room for your luggages after the checkout and the shower available after the checkout is outside next the pool.. once again could be better for the hotel standing.

Location is excellent, short walk to all the action but in a quiet area. Big supermarket and tons of dining options a few minutes away on foot. Polite and kind staff. Comfortable rooms with big beds, nice ac’s and some english channels on the tv. Nice pool deck in the rooftop and cute pools and jacuzzi on the ground floor.

It was a pleasant stay overall.

very good breakfast w plenty of selection, rooftop pool, shared areas for read/drink/chat arr also ver nice to have, helpful/kind staff, there is a specialty cofee on site which was excellent as we like good quality coffee. room are tidy, a bit smaller than on the pictures. everything was clean.

there could be a bar at the rooftop pool. there was a strange noise from rooftop (probably jacuzzi ventillation) which was annoying for me to sleep after 7 am but could be OK for others if you sleep deeply.

quiet location away from the busy area, but plenty of options for eating. the 2 swimming pools were great and the breakfast located at the restaurant next door was simple, but enjoyable.

The bed and the pillows were a little old a lumpy.

the quality price relation is amazing. the location is the best one as is in the city center but music does not disturb you. The stuff was the nicest one and the bed is quite big. the bathroom was so modern and clean. we had breakfast included and was too good. They gave you beach towels and the jacuzzi was nice too.

the staff was excellent. the pools were wonderful. the location of the hotel put you close to everything.

there was a lot of noise even at night. the room was small for a two week stay
